MacKenzie's POV
Barry skids to a stop in the cortex
"Tachyon scanners set up at every half-mile interval across the city." Barry says
"And the seismometer is searching for sonic booms in the hundred-megahertz range." Caitlin says
"As for the satellites, I've got Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda, and Samantha scanning for her yellow-purple lightning signatures." Cisco says. "I am clearly the Samantha of this group, right?"
"Yeah, okay, Miranda." Iris says and Cisco looks offended. "So, technically, if Nora uses the Speed Force..."
"We'll find her." Barry finishes
We watch the screens
"Kinda thought she'd pop right up." Barry says
"If she's even here." Cisco says. "How can you guys be so sure that she even came back from the future in the first place?"
"Because Thawne sent her." Iris says. "He showed her a new way to time-travel, something that can't be detected."
"But as soon as she starts running again, we're gonna be able to bring her home." Barry says and he looks directly at me and nods. I send him a small nod back
"Well, Team Flash, Nora West-Allen is not the only time traveler who's absent." Sherloque says, walking in with Ralph
"We've been running down abandoned buildings, foreclosed condos." Ralph says
"Anywhere that Grace Gibbons may have hidden her younger self, but..." Sherloque starts
"We got bupkis." Ralph finishes
"And we have no idea why she stole the Cryo-Atomizer, except that it was worth killing my dad for." Caitlin says and she looks down
"Hey, if you need more time..." Barry tells her
"Yeah, we're more than capable of chasing a wild goose or two on our own." Cisco says
"Thank you, I'm fine." Caitlin says. "I'd rather be working."
"On that note, I'm happy to help you follow that lead on the atomizer." Ralph says
"Really?" Caitlin asks. "What about... Sherluck?"
"Sherloque." Sherloque corrects. "Do you think any of you other than Wildcard will get this right at any point at any time in your life? Sherloque. No, I'm going to continue the quest for Nora West-Allen. I... feel somewhat responsible."
Sherloque leaves and Ralph heads out as well
Caitlin looks at me
"You wanna come with?" Caitlin asks
I nod and we leave the room
An alert goes off on Caitlin's tablet as we walk through the hallways
"Oh. There's an alert at my dad's old lab in the Arctic." Caitlin says. "We should check it out."
Sherloque's phone starts going off
"Yeah, better wash my long johns." Ralph jokes
Sherloque's phone continues to go off as he fumbles around his pockets
"You gonna get that or..." Ralph asks
"Yeah, I'm going to get it, but I know already it's Renée Aldler." Sherloque says, pulling his phone out
"Adler." Caitlin corrects
"Adler." Sherloque says. "With these emoticon pictogram things that she send me."
