(Y/n)'s Pov

"So, Smoker got any new cases for me to solve?" My supervisor looked up from his paperwork before he handed me a file but as I opened it my smile started to fade. "You gotta be kidding me Smoker! What the hell is this!?" I couldn't believe Smoker gave me an assignment meant for rookies.

"You're the best missing persons detective we have (Y/n). The man has been avoiding our officers all week so I need you to hunt him down and serve him these court papers. After that I'll find you a more interesting case" There was no arguing with Smoker so I started heading for the door to begin my search for Donquixote Doflamingo.

A Few Hours Later...

"Hm... There's his car but where's Doflamingo?" It had taken me some time but thanks to his secretary Baby 5 I had learned that Doflamingo was hanging out near the docks but the strange thing was a bunch of other cars were parked beside his. "I wonder why so many criminals are hanging out together? Fuck it let's get this over with" Stepping out of my car I started to head towards the warehouse but stopped as I looked back at Doflamingo's car. "Sorry but you made me waste my time looking for you"

Doflamingo's Pov

"Royal flush~ Pay up boys~ Fufufufu" There was some groans from the other gang leaders but soon enough my winnings were pushed towards me. Though my victory was interrupted as the door to the warehouse was kicked open. "Doflamingo, there you are! I've been looking for you all day!" Someone was looking for me? "Hm, why would tha-... This is private property Officer and I'm afraid your trespassing"

"Oi, Pops you don't mind that I'm here, right? I'm just dropping something off then I'll be on my merry way" The old man only waved off the young girl as she stood beside my chair and handed me a bunch of papers. "Donquixote Doflamingo you've been served. Oh, and here's your ticket be sure you pay it~"

"Wha- Why are you giving me a ticket!?" This cop clearly didn't know who she was dealing with or else she wouldn't have done something so stupid. "Your taillight is broken, make sure you get it fixed. Enjoy your card game and if you don't like it, I'll see you in court" My taillight was not broken what was she talking about, unless... oh no. Before the girl could leave the warehouse, I ran past her as I went to assess the damage to my vehicle. "That little bitch!"

(Y/n)'s Pov

He didn't look happy but I didn't care after all Pop's was right behind me so I knew I was perfectly safe. "Does anyone want to walk me back to my car?" A few people looked my way but only one man stood up. "I could use a lift (Y/n)-ya" When did the words I'll give you a lift come out of my mouth? "Law, I'm not a taxi service"

"I'll let you handcuff me if it makes you feel any better~" Fuck this man was unbelievable. "I hate you Law. Let's go you can protect me from Doflamingo if the man decides he wants to attack me" Letting out a sigh I started walking towards the door just as Doflamingo came stomping back inside. "Do you know who I am girl!!? How dare you mess up my car!"

"Back off Doflamingo unless you want me to arrest your stupid ass. Come on Law" If this man wanted to be difficult, I didn't have a problem shooting him but then again the paper work at came with doing that wasn't worth the headache. "I hope your prepared for the repercussions of pissing me off Officer..."

"Call me (Y/n)! I live in the same building as Ace and Smoker. Feel free to drop by if you have the balls! Let's go Law" Without another word I walked out of the warehouse leaving a stunned Doflamingo behind. "You shouldn't have done that (Y/n)-ya... he's not someone you want as an enemy" I could only shrug my shoulders as I slid into the driver's seat as Law took the passenger seat. "You know Law a medical examiner shouldn't be caught playing poker with a bunch of gang leaders"

"Worry about yourself (Y/n)-ya"

'Knock' 'Knock'

I was enjoying a romantic movie with a bottle of wine when a knock on my door caused me to pause my movie then walk over to the door to see who had decided to interrupt my evening. "Hm... who could that be?" Opening the door, I didn't see anyone so I quickly closed it as I just figured it was one of the neighbor's kids playing jokes on me. Though when I turned around, I caught sight of an intruder sitting on my couch.

"Hello (Y/n)~ Sit down there's something I wish to discuss with you..."
