Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho

Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho

Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho

Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho

An eerie singing echoed across the sea as a figure sat on a rock looking at the open sea in front of her, not a single ship had gone passed the foggy cove in quite some time and the girl had been growing bored. As the girl continued to look straight ahead wondering how long it would be until another ship paid her a visit, she made small waves in the water with her tail watching as the water rippled as she did.

She couldn't remember when exactly the last ship had been there, it could have been days, weeks, months, or even years. Time just seemed to blur here, but that could have been because she was no longer apart of the land of the living.

The girl's life was ended sometime ago and ever since then she had been trapped in this place unable to leave as an invisible barrier kept her in the small rocky cove. Though the girl seemed to find some joy in scaring the occupants of ships that decided to sail near her cove, even if it was only shorted lived joy it was still comforting. Not dwelling on the thought any longer she continuing sing the songs next part.

Gather up all of the crew!

It's time to ship out Binks's Brew!

Sea wind blows to where, who knows?

The waves will be our guide!

O'er across the ocean's tide, the sunset is gon' wild

See the sky! Birds singing in circles passing by!

Doflamingo and his crew had been trying to avoid the Marines for quite some time as he wasn't in the mood to deal with them. He was trying to plan out the path the ship should take but was having some difficultly as most of the waters ahead would be filled with them. "How about this path?" Dragging his finger along the map as his family members observed, his finger ran across a certain cove that had one-person squeak before standing up "No, Doffy we can't take that path, that cove is haunted!"

"Fufufu. Afraid of ghosts Trebol?" Doffy didn't care if the man had claimed there were ghosts or not, it was the only path that wouldn't have Marines getting in his way. "Yes" Unfortunately for Trebol, Doffy didn't care, "We take this path"

"Yes Doffy" Making the necessary changes they began directing their ship towards the path the Captain ordered them to take. As the ship got closer, they started to hear an eerie voice echoing in their ears and some of the members began to freak out "I told you Doffy this place is haunted, we must turn back" The scared man ran up to Doffy and he almost touched him with his slime "To close Trebol"

"Sorry Doffy"

Bid farewell to weaver's town!

Say so long to port renowned!

Sing a song, it won't be long before we're casting off!

Cross the gold and silver waves, Changin' into water sprays!

Sailing out on our journey to the ends of the sea!

Listening to the voice sing Doffy was interested in finding out where it was coming from, looking out from the desk of the ship he could make out a faint outline of something. "Men prepare a boat; I want to check what's out there"

"Doffy you can't"

"I'm the Captain and that was an order" "Yes Sir!"

Gather up all of the crew!

Time to ship out Binks's brew!

Pirates we, we'll divide and conquer all the seas!

With the waves to rest our heads, ship beneath us as our bed!

Hoisted high up on the mast our jolly roger flies!

~~~~~~~~
A pirate ship was approaching her cove, she could already hear them freaking out about being there. "Let the fun begin~!" But she seen something surprising, they were preparing a row boat and soon a group of two people we're making their way over to her cove. One was in a pink fluffy coat while the other simply rowed the boat.
Quickly the girl disappeared and began swimming over to the group before causing the water to drench the two men "What the hell?"
"It's just the waves calm down" Doffy was being to think he should have gone alone but according to the family he needed someone who could swim to go with him.
The girl thought about how she should scare them and went with the direct approach, swimming around the boat she caused it to start circling the water before jumping up screaming at them "BOOOOOO"
"AHHHHHH" One man screamed like a girl before abandoning the small boat rushing back to the ship where he came from, leaving the feathered man behind.
"It's so hard to find good help these days" Turning his eyes on the mystery girl that tried to scare him he noticed there was a tailfin sticking out of the water beside her, a mermaid but she was pale almost translucent as he stared at her. After a while she spoke "This is usually the part where you scream" She said it with a pout on her face, "Why is a little mermaid out here all by herself?" He reached out to touch her but his hand went through her instead. "I cannot leave this place" Sadness could be seen in her eyes as she said that. "Why?"
"I don't know" Truthy the girl didn't know; she had been tied to this place for as long as she could remember. "So, you're not afraid of me?"
"Nope, a little ghost isn't enough to scary me"
~~~~~~~

After awhile of taking with the man the small mermaid told him her name, (Y/n). She had almost forgotten it since it had been so long since she had used it. "(Y/n) such a lovely name" I thought crossed the girls mind as she looked at the man "Will you sing with me? I want to finish the song" (Y/n) hadn't known why she said that but it was like something was pushing her to ask, she never had finished that song before even though she wanted to but her voice never let her.

"I have time before I leave"

As they began singing their voices melted together creating a lovely sound, their voices matched so well together, (Y/n) had started to glow as the song had started to draw to its last verse.

Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho,

Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho,

Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho,

Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho...

(Y/n) was fading away her body becoming less visible to the man who watched, she began to crossover. It seemed she was just waiting for someone to finish the song with her.

"Thank you Doffy. In the next life I hope to meet you again. So long"

She had complete disappeared and the fog that surrounded the cove had begun to lift as the man began his way back his ship. Boarding the ship, he ordered his men to continue on as he retired to his bedroom for the night.

"I hope we meet you again as well (Y/n)"
