Don't Kidnap the Queen

Writing Prompt – "What do you think you're doing to her?"

Third Person

"Be back by 3 o'clock (Y/n) and remember to stay close to your bodyguards" Doflamingo was waving goodbye to (Y/n) as she made her way to the castle lift to make her way into the town below. "I know Doffy, geez I can take care of myself!"

(Y/n) was annoyed by the bodyguards her husband stuck her with but either she took them with her or she took Doflamingo and since her husband had a meeting, she was forced to bring her guards. "No, you can't (Y/n)... Anything happens to my wife and it will be your heads on the chopping block, got it!" The guards quickly nodded before they formed a circle around the Queen and continued to the lift.

"He's gone guys, you don't have to be so close to me" (Y/n) thought about just going back to the castle but she had business in town that couldn't wait, she was going to see if her present for Doflamingo was finished yet. It was the man's birthday in a few days and she wanted to have something special made for him.

"I'm sorry my Queen but the King has strict rules when it comes to your protection" The girl tried to ignore the guards as they continued to walk towards the shop Doflamingo's gift was being made at. It would take them at least another ten minutes to arrive as it was quite the ways away from the castle.

"Ah!" (Y/n) heard one of her guards gasped and when she turned around, he was holding his neck as blood started pouring from the open wound, they were being attacked. The men that attacked were professionals or had devils' fruits since they were able to take out her guards within seconds.

"Hello Queen (Y/n)~ You'll be coming with us, if you scream we'll cut that pretty throat of yours" Now (Y/n) wasn't a fighter, hell she lacked any kind of survival skills and since her life was the most important thing at the moment she went along with what they said. She knew Doflamingo would find out about this soon enough, he didn't like when people tried to kidnap her wife.

(Y/n) did as the men told her as they started to lead her down many alleyways until they reached the old ruins of Carta. They pushed her into a chair before they started to tie her up, she knew that her wrists and ankles would surely be bruised with how tight the bindings were.

"What do you want from me?"

"We don't want anything from you but we do want something from your husband" Of course it was about Doflamingo, that man caused her life so much trouble sometimes but she wouldn't trade him for anyone else. "What do you want from him?"

"His life" If they were threatening a normal person (Y/n) would be concerned but this was Doflamingo and that man won't be killed so easily. She was going to speak up again but they had placed a gag into her mouth so she couldn't talk anymore.

"Let's make the King a little more upset shall we boy's?" The way the men were staring at her made the girl wish she never left the castle that morning. (Y/n)'s head snapped to the side as one of the men punched her across the face. She could taste the blood in her mouth but the male's assault didn't stop there as he continued punching and slapping her.

Tears were mixing with the girl's blood as she wished Doflamingo would hurry up, she didn't know how much more she could take. "Boss! Doflamingo is coming this way and he looks pissed!" (Y/n) was on the verge of blacking out but she was glad to hear her husband was close, he was probably following her vivre card. The men were still staring at (Y/n) when several shadows started to appear around them.

"What do you think you're doing to her?"

(Y/n) didn't get to hear the rest as she finally blacked out, Doflamingo seen this as his face darkened as he threw the men against the walls and away from his (Y/n). "Take (Y/n) back to the castle I need to handle this trash!"

"Don't take too long Doffy, (Y/n) will need you there when she wakes up" Doflamingo used his strings to cut the ropes before (Y/n) was carried away back to the safety of the castle. "Now, which one of you touched my wife?"

When Doflamingo returned to the castle he was greeted at the door and was told that (Y/n) was asleep in their bedroom but she would wake up soon. "You took care of those men Doffy?" He was almost at the top of the stairs but turned around to answer the person. "Every last one of them are dead. They will never hurt my Queen again"

He turned back around to continue to his bedroom, he was covered in blood but a quick shower would get rid of it. When he entered the bedroom, he looked over to see his wife bandaged up and sleeping, her chest rising and falling but Doflamingo could see she struggled slightly when breathing in.

Doflamingo showered as quickly as he could but it required a bit more time then he would have liked it to have taken. When he got out of the shower he went back to the bedroom and seen (Y/n) was still asleep, he dressed before sliding into bed to watch her sleep.

Since she was hurt, he laid a few inches away from her, he didn't want to accidently hurt her more. "My Queen~" Doflamingo had already called for Princess Mansherry to come heal her, the Princess and (Y/n) had become close friends after she married him. She even forced him to let the Princess go home but they did become close allies with them as a result and they would come to see (Y/n) pretty regularly.

"D-Doffy?" It was faint but Doflamingo heard it as he looked down at his Queen who was now awake with tears in her eyes. "Shh. I sent for Mansherry, she should be here soon" He knew the girl must have been in a lot of pain but there wasn't anything he could do until Mansherry arrived. "It hurts!"

"I know (Y/n)"

'Knock' 'Knock' 'Knock'

"Young Master! We brought Princess Mansherry!" Doflamingo raced over to the door before he opened it for the Princess to enter the room. "Queen (Y/n)!" Mansherry was soon brought over to (Y/n) as the young Princess started crying, odds of light started to form from the girl as they flouted into the Queen. It didn't take long before (Y/n) wounds were nothing more than a few bruised but just because she was physically healed didn't make the pain disappear.

Mansherry learned a lot about (Y/n) over the years and knew she'd be back to her old self within a few days but right now she needed her husband to comfort her. "I have to go (Y/n) but I will visit again soon"

"Bye" (Y/n) was able to move her body enough to wave to the small Princess as she left the room, Doflamingo moved back to (Y/n)'s side once everyone had left the room. "My (Y/n), I let you down"

"No, you didn't. You saved me" Doflamingo looked at (Y/n) as she smiled back at him, she loved him so much. "I did let you down by letting you leave the castle. From now on your not to leave my side, if you wish to go into town just ask me and I'll take you"

"I can't seem to ditch you Doffy but the safest place is by your side... Wait I didn't get your present!"

"Don't worry about it. I'll have someone pick it up, you need to recover" (Y/n) was trying to sit up before Doflamingo pushed her gently back down. "Get some rest (Y/n). I will stay by your side until your better" The girl was trying to speak but Doflamingo placed his finger to her lips. "Rest (Y/n). I'll even cuddle with you for the rest of the day~"

"I do love cuddling with you... okay you have yourself a deal" Since Doflamingo was kneeling beside the bed she had to wait until he climbed under the covers with her before the cuddling could begin. "I love you (Y/n)~"

"I love you to Doffy~"
