Writing Prompt – "I'm not going to stop poking you until you give me some attention"

Reader's Point of View

Mingo had been working all day in his stupid office and hasn't come out for hours now. He told me I wasn't allowed to bother him since I distracted him from getting his work done but fuck his work, me getting attention is much more important. So here I was currently standing outside his office not sure if I should just barge in or knock like a normal person.

I don't do anything the normal way so barging in it was. Grabbing the doorknob, I quickly opened it and went into the office "Mingo, I demand attention" He didn't even look up when I walked into the room, he just continued working like he didn't even know I entered.

"Mingo~" When I got no response, I walked closer to him and noticed the earplugs that were in his ears. He may not be able to hear me but with his haki and eyes he would have clearly noticed me walk into the same space as him. Damn he must to trying to ignore me, silly Mingo that would never work.

Going up to his side I get ready to poke him, before I did that though I pulled out one of his earplugs to say something to him. "I'm not going to stop poking you until you give me some attention" Popping it back into his ear I started poking him, I was probably at it for a minute or two until he used his powers on me and made me go sit down on the sofa. "Hey! You're not supposed to use your powers on me!"

"Fufufu. That may be true (Y/n) but you've been a very bad girl today. I told you not to bother me until I finished my work" I was glaring at the man now but he still didn't let me go so I changed tactics. "Mingo, if you don't release me right now, I'm not going to have sex with you for a whole month"

The strings disappeared after I said that so I was free to go back to bother him some more. "Stop working and give me some attention" Mingo let out a huff before he picked me up, I thought it meant I would get some attention but nope. Instead he opened the balcony doors walked outside and threw me, using his strings they guide me right into the pool.

I wasn't a devil fruit user so I got out of the water fine, looking up I seen Mingo had gone back into his cave and even closed the curtains. "(Y/n) maybe you should wait into Doffy has finished his work it shouldn't take him to much longer" Baby 5 had spoken up while holding a towel open for me to wrap myself into, she did make a good point but I was bored right now. "Thanks for the towel Baby 5 but I can't wait"

Making my way back into the mansion I headed for the stairs but thanks to me being soaked from my dip in the pool I slipped backwards, I must have hit my head pretty hard since I started to black out soon after that. I did hear some concerned screaming before I did though, which meant I would probably have his attention now at least.

"Quick some get a doctor!"

"Inform the Young Master right away that his Queen has been injured!"

I wake to the feeling of something japing me in the side, repeatedly. "Wake up my Queen~" I moaned a bit from the pain in my head and the japing stopped. "Come on my Queen open your eyes~"

Trying to open my eyes I regretted it as the lights were blinding causing me to covered my eyes with my arm and whimper. There was some movement from beside me before I heard his voice, Mingo. "There I turned off the light, try again (Y/n)"

Opening them this time was much easily as the room was dark, aside from the sunlight shining through the widow. "Mingo~! Have you been here the whole time?" Seeing Mingo was laying beside me on our bed was nice, that means he dragged himself away from his stupid paperwork. "Of course, my Queen had been injured and she needed me"

"You're not going to leave, are you?" I gripped his hand in fear he'd go back to his office if I did let go. "Nope I'm all yours. I left my string-string clones to handle the last of my paperwork"

"I'm tired Mingo"

"I know, why don't you try and get some sleep?"

"You'll still be here in the morning, right?"

"I won't leave your side, I promise"

"I love you Doflamingo"

"I love you to (Y/n)"
