"One date," I said to Skyler when he hugged me goodbye. "You can pick the time and place. I'm giving you one date."
"What changed your mind?" He asked. I let my eyes trail towards Andy who had basically broken my heart in half on purpose.
"I don't know," I shrugged. "Just feel like I should give you a chance."
"You won't regret it Beaumont."

It was Wednesday when I found myself looking for places to live, searching through different areas in town. After that kiss at the gala, I knew it was over. I knew we were over, so why embarrass myself any more than I already have.
"What are you up too?" Andy asked from behind the couch. He seemed to have a day off from work, moping around and cooking random things. When I would usually find everything he did cute or hot, I couldn't seem to feel anything but annoyance towards him.
"Apartment hunting," I mumbled.
"You're leaving?"
Something about Andy suddenly not wanting me to leave pissed me off. If he wasn't wanting us to get back together, what was he doing being upset about my soon to be absence.
