"Harvey!" Walking into the bustling and lively room of Harper and Brook's engagement party was almost overwhelming. Different faces making an appearance as I caught on to Harvey's sorry ass, practically running from commitment. "I found your girlfriend outside."
"He's always leaving me to fend for myself," Lyra scoffed. "Thank you for being such a gentleman and opening the door for me, Ryan." I gave her a silly grin that she responded to with a friendly hug, Harvey rolled his eyes. "Should reconsider my choice of men."
"You know I'm off the market," I chuckle knowing she was joking. "I'm here for one person, and one person only."
