The smell of Coffee and coconut

25. Monday 24th

Lance and Keith Had, of course, slept In the same bed. It wasn't anything new but it was their first time sleeping in the same bed as a couple. Keith had trouble falling asleep, he couldn't stop overanalyzing the day's events, especially those who involved Lance.

When he woke up, he noticed Lance wasn't in bed anymore, he grabbed his phone to look at the time.

Why is he already up?

Keith got out of bed and walked out the room, he rubbed his eyes and noticed his new boyfriend talking to their moms.
He walked down the stairs and stood behind Lance.

"What are you guys talking about?" He asked, everyone turned their eyes towards him in surprise.
"Sit down, Keith" Krolia said, Keith's heart started racing and he sat next to Lance.

"We don't mind if you and Lance have a relationship but we'll have to move you to Veronica's room" Lance's mom said, Keith stated in silence with his eyebrows furrowed.
"No" Keith said, Krolia's soft and calm eyes turned into angry mom ones.

"You don't get a say in this, Keith. You are not sleeping in Lance's room anymore" she said, Keith looked down, his hands were placed on his thighs and were in tight fists.
"Fine" his fists relaxed, he got up and walked upstairs calmly.
Lance looked behind him and followed Keith to their room.

Lance went inside and Keith was opening the window and was about to step out on the roof before Lance stopped him.
"Where are you going?" He asked, Keith looked at him and smiled softly.
"I'm gonna smoke, don't worry I'm not running away or whatever" he replied, Lance's eyes softened as he walked in direction of Keith.

"I'm coming with you" he said, he got out the window and followed Keith. They sat down on the damp roof, away from any windows and Keith got out a cigarette.
He lit it and rested his head on Lance's shoulder.

"What are we gonna do? Am I gonna have to sneak out of my room just to sleep with you?" Keith asked, Lance let out a chuckle and placed his head on Keith's.

"Maybe. Or we could get Veronica on our side and get her to not be a snitch" Lance joked, Keith looked up into Lance's eyes and smiled.

"Wanna make out on the roof?" He said, Lance chuckled before kissing Keith. He grabbed his cheeks, Keith placed his hands on the back of Lance's neck and straightened his pose.
They pulled apart for a few seconds before falling back into the kiss.

Lance smiled softly and moved his hand to Keith's back, he pulled Keith on top of him and lay down on his back. Lance started kissing Keith's neck but he pushed him away.

"Not the neck... I'm sorry" Keith stated, Lance caressed his cheek and smiled.
"You don't need to apologize" he said, Keith smiled and lay on top of Lance.

"Let's go inside, the roof's wet and it's uncomfy" Keith said, he got off of Lance, he squished his cigarette on the floor and carefully walked to their bedroom window.

The second they walked in, Lance's mom opened the door.
"We're moving Keith today, starting with the bed" she said, Krolia and her each grabbed their side of the bed and started moving it towards Veronica's room.

Keith put all his stuff in a bag and kissed Lance on the cheek before bringing it to his new bedroom.

"You can put your clothes In this drawer, and uhhh your wall decorations above your bed I guess" Veronica said unfazed. Keith hummed in response and placed some of his stuff on the desk.

He sat on his bed and got out his phone, it was soooooo boring without Lance around. He walked out of his new room and to Lance's. He knocked three times before Lance opened the door.

"You're already back? You've been gone for what? Like a minute?" Lance asked, he let Keith in and they sat on Lance's bed.

"What do you wanna do?" Lance asked, Keith looked up at him and smiled. He climbed on Lance's lap and pushed him so he was laying on his back.

"What are you doing?" Lance smirked, Keith smiled and kissed him.
"You like making out a lot huh?" Lance joked pulling away, Keith blushed and kissed Lance again before getting off of him.

"So, is kissing me gross?" Keith joked, Lance sat up and chuckled.
"I mean it's not that bad" He replied, Keith rested his head on Lance's shoulder and smiled.

"Keithhhh!" Krolia shouted from downstairs, Keith groaned and got up.
"I'll be back" he said and Lance smiled at him.

"What?" Keith whined, his mom was on the phone. She pulled the phone away from her ear.
"I booked an appointment with a therapist, she wants to see you on Wednesday" she stated, Keith smiled softly and nodded.
"Yeah ok" he said, he went back upstairs and jumped on Lance's bed, his face buried in the blankets.

"I'm gonna see a therapist" he looked up to his boyfriend and smiled.
"That's good!" Lance started, "do you wanna go to the park? I'm hella bored" he asked, Keith smiled and got up.

"Ok, I'll grab my sketchbook" he said getting up, Keith went into his new room and looked around to see where he put it. He noticed Veronica holding it, looking through it.

"Hey! What are you doing!?" He said loudly, he grabbed the book from her hands and noticed the drawing she was looking at.
It was a drawing of his brother in the hospital bed, laying there.

"Are you okay Keith?" She asked with pity eyes, he glared at her.
"This is personal" he said before walking out and joining Lance at the front door.

"Let's go" Keith said, he took Lance's hand in his and opened the door. They walked out and started their walk to the park.

"Did you get news about Shiro?" Lance asked, Keith looked down and all the joy he had from holding hands with Lance disappeared.
"Yeah. They're gonna amputate him, his right arm got infected" he replied, Lance squeezed his hand lightly and smiled.
"He'll be fine" Lance reassured him, Keith looked up and smiled.
