"Kids!!!" Lance's mom yelled from downstairs, Keith's opened his eyes slowly and immediately his gaze went to Lance.
He could see all the details of his face, the acne scars, the small freckles, the slight brown in his eyes. He could see every single eyelash.
"KIDS"
Lance finally woke up, the boys got out of bed and headed downstairs, there was a big breakfast placed on the table. The moms, Veronica and Luis were already sat down, they'd already started eating.
"So everyone, I've got some big news" Krolia announced, everyone turned their attention towards her and waited for her to continue.
"I finally managed to make enough money so we could move out!" She stated, Keith stated in disbelief. He didn't wanna leave Lance and Pidge behind, and he most certainly did not wanna go back to Texas.
"...where are we going?" Keith asked, his mother smiled at him.
"We're going back to Texas!" She said, Keith stayed silent for a bit, with shock in his eyes.
"What?" He said loudly, his mother's smile faded away, she took a few steps closer to him and smiled lightly at him. "Aren't you happy? We finally have the money to have a house of our own!" She said, tears threatened to fall down Keith's cheeks. He looked down and sniffed before glancing at Lance.
"Can we talk in private?" His mom asked softly, he glared at her pushed her away lightly.
"No! Fuck it, I'm not leaving" he shouted, everyone stared in shock at the argument.
"Keith calm down" she said softly, the angry boy rushed up the stairs. He rushed to his and Veronica's room and grabbed his school backpack.
Keith ran down the stairs and right out the front door. The family stared at him walking away from the house, Lance tried to call out to him but he simply didn't respond.
Lance was worried, where is Keith going?
A/N: sorry for not updating for a while and also sorry for the short chapter. It wasn't supposed to be this short I just didn't really feel like finishing it? But I also wanted to update at the same time.
