T/W: sexual assault

"No way Rapunzel's the best, Mulan is" Keith affirmed. It had been minutes, yet, they were still arguing on which Disney princess was superior.

"You know what? Let's watch both movies, then we can rank them and see which is better" Lance said. Keith rolled his eyes but accepted shortly after.

-

"I gotta admit, Mulan is pretty good" Lance affirmed.

"I know, that's what I've been saying! She's a strong, independent woman who don't need no man!" Keith added.

"But Rapunzel literally stayed isolated for 18 fricking years. If that's not being independent, I don't know what is" he said.

"I gotta say though, mother Gothel was a manipulative bitch. Raps deserved better"

"Didn't she?"

Both boys laughed at their ridiculous argument after their intense movie watching. Tomorrow was school- again. Keith rolled his eyes at the thought.

"Why are you rolling your eyes?" Lance questioned before a short chuckle.

"Schoooooooool" he said.

"It can't be that bad, you have straight-A's in every subject" Lance said.

"Yeah but it takes effort." Keith said.

"What do you mean?" Lance raised an eyebrow and turned to Keith.

"Well I don't just, naturally get good grades. I have to work for them." He added.

"Could you help me get good grades? Like, tutor me or something?" Lance asked. He looked like he genuinely wanted help.

"Ok but you gotta take it seriously" Keith rolled over to be in front of Lance. Lance nodded and he looked excited.

They discussed it and they decided they would study every Friday after school. The boys went to sleep in each their bed.

The night was peaceful, they dreamed of candies and farms. They thought of grass and trees. It was nice dreams.

Keith's alarm went off at the usual time, 7:30. He got up and did his daily routine. He went downstairs and poured himself a bowl of cereal with orange juice. Lance's mom and his own were already up, drinking coffee in the living room.

Lance and his other siblings got up shortly after and ate their breakfast. Lance sat next to Keith, it became a habit. They talked about the dreams they had the same night.

The drive to school was chaotic, everyone was talking and Lance was even begging Keith to smile. They finally got to the building, the school yard was filled with hormonal teenagers. Keith got out first, Lance lost him in the crowd of people but he still tried to find him. He got to Keith's locker and he luckily was there.

"Why did you leave so fast?" Lance asked. Keith shrugged, he continued taking stuff from his locker.
"Are you ignoring me?" Lance said. He put his hand to his chest dramatically and gasped.

"No, what are you talking about?" Keith asked.

"Well you won't even look at me, so sorry for making assumptions" Lance said. Keith chuckled and closed his locker.

"You got English today?" He asked.

"Yeah, 1st period" Lance said. Keith smiled, he grabbed Lance's wrist and pulled him out of the thick crowd.

"Nice, me too" he said. He drove them to the classroom. They sat down at their respective places and the teacher soon followed. She placed her stuff on her desk and clapped her hands to get the students' attention.
