When Choi Jina gets a phone call from her most trusted informer, she doesn't really think it's extremely important—probably something else uncovered about her soulmate's affairs.
"Yes?" she answers, placing the phone near her ear. She quietly flips through her files, as she's preparing to go on a mission soon with her Elris members.
"Jina, we found the surviving Jungs."
Jina's face immediately lights up with shock as her entire posture straightens. She stops everything she's doing, intently listening to the girl's next words.
"Where are they?"
"They're a part of a gang...although we don't exactly which one. They're one of the big five though. But, that's not the main issue," the informant starts. "She's been kidnapped."
Jina's entire face falls at the news. Her face instantly becomes cold, annoyed that someone kidnapped such a valuable person. They must be skilled, considering who Hwara is. There's no way the girl got kidnapped without putting up a fight or having some plan for people to rescue her. Jina knows her too well. Plus, with how over-protective Sungchan is, there's no way he didn't find a secret way to track her or know she's safe.
Still, if she hears the one name she dreads to hear, then there's a huge possibility that none of this might even work.
"Who?"
The informant hesitates, not knowing how Jina will take the news. But, she knows that she can't lie. Jina deserves the truth. She's been deceived for too long. He may have been a good guy before, but everything he's done has tainted him. It's changed his personality. Now that Jina's finally starting to accept it, it only makes sense that she tell the truth to her employer.
"I'm sorry, Jina..."
"Who is it?!" Jina yells out, dreading the news she knows is to come.
"Yoon Minseok."

When Hwara comes to, her eyes are still covered in darkness, courtesy of a blindfold. Moving her hands and feet slightly, she can feel that they're tied up, her hands to the back of some sort of chair.
She tries to remember exactly what happened, thinking back to the memories from earlier.
Hwara still sat on the bench, drowning herself in the content on her phone and tuning out from everything else. There was only a couple of minutes before Ten would show up in his car, so she was just tired and waiting for him. Eventually, she found Jaemin's Instagram account and decided to look through it.
