The bright and vast skies of Teyvat laid free to the birds of flight. Even when the moon rose and the sun fell, they still flew, even at night. On a calming, serene morning in the region of Mondstadt, the clouds were no where in sight and the sun glared down at the residents below. The state of Mondstadt was calm...

Suddenly, a low-tone ring was heard above the city. Everyone— and literally everyone, looked up in shock, confusion, and tinges of fear.
From seemingly thin air, a burst of black mass spat out of space and flew across the sky with a loud boom, causing everyone to flinch and watch as a black shooting star soared across the sky and towards the ocean.
A particular blonde individual rubbed her ears in annoyance. She watched as the black shooting star disappeared out of eye sight before groaning. She looked to her right and saw a woman in a green and white get-up leave a building with an apologetic smile. She bowed and the blonde sighed, before starting her walk to the gates of the city.
Before she could go anywhere, a girl in a red crop-top jacket nudged her side.
"I'll check it out instead. You just got back from scouting out the ruins." The girl said with a smile. "Thanks, Amber. I'm going to get something to eat. I'll be there when you get back." The woman said with a smirk. Amber waved and jogged off towards the city gates and the blonde woman shook her head.
"Time for some hashbrowns..." the woman said heading farther into the city.

Amber walked through the forest and hummed as she saw a small pond on the other side. She left the forest and walked up the hill to the pond, where a stone statue with a figure in a robe held their hands to their chest. She smiled at the statute and saw blue, liquid slimes peeking out of the water of the pond.
Snapping out of the scene, she noticed an ominous trail of black mist, that slightly crackled with colors of the rainbow. She was entranced by the effect and began following it up a path past the pond. She noticed that two cliffs hid this pond away, but the pond hid away a small beach under the cliffs. She awed as she followed the trail and saw a figure lying in the sand with a pitch black cloak covering him. More accurately, his body was twitching with the same crackling as the trail, a plethora of colors suddenly jolting from his body.
She gasped and ran to his side before waving aside the misty black trail and crouched down.
"Hey! Hey, are you okay?!" Amber asked trying to get the cloak out of the way, but didn't see and end to it. "Is he supercharged...?" Amber thought aloud. Suddenly, the boy's head shot out of the sand, and his black, messy, hair covered his eyes. He looked around before shaking his head, all of the sand getting out of his hair. Amber sighed in relief that he was okay, but noticed his body occasionally waved in a ominous manner. She hummed as she noticed it, and touched where his torso would be under the cloak. The boy stared at her, before doing the same to her. She flinched and stood up before realizing that she had done the same.
"Sorry. Curiosity got the best of me..." She said rubbing her nape. "Are you... what fell from the sky?" Amber asked getting straight to the point. The boy nodded with a smile, and Amber couldn't help but smile as well. "Do you know what happened to you?" She continued. The boy shook his head, but made the gesture of an explosion, before shaking his muscles as if he was glitching, then motioned to the trail following him. "...You were attacked?" Amber asked, not being able to understand his bit of charades. He shook his head and tilted his head. He placed a finger on his head before looking around.
