Mono was sitting by the lake with a fishing rod in hand. Behind him, arms wrapped around his waist, was Pyra, bored out of her mind. The water's surface was umoving, and Pyra groaned. Mono rolled his eyes and focused back on the line. Pyra looked down at Mono since he didn't react, and groaned louder. Mono ignored her again with a blank stare. Mono's line moves slightly, but after waiting a few seconds, nothing happened.
Pyra had enough and groaned even louder while rocking back and forth, moving Mono as well.
"What?" He finally asked with a smirk. "Why is this so boring? Why haven't we caught any fish? We haven't caught any fish for six days..." Pyra said with a glare, before suddenly, Mythra switched places.
"SIX DAYS?!" She yelled picking Mono up by his hood. "Yeah. What about it?" Mono asked. "The Rite of Descension is today, dumbass!" Mythra shouted. "REALLY?! FUCK! MY ONE CHANCE TO BEAT UP A GOD!" Mono said before putting Mythra on his shoulder. He teleported on top of the large tree that was Wangshu Inn and took off, flying at Mach speeds.

In about five minutes, Mono saw Liyue Harbor in the distance. He smirked mischievous, but noticed a Statue of the Seven out of the corner of his eye.
"I'll be right back—" "WHAT?!" Mythra shouted before Mono teleported, leaving her to fall. Mono appeared by the statue, and quickly analyzed the feminine figure sitting in a rigid throne, solemnly looking down with a robe adorned. Mono tapped the gold slab near the base, and a yellow elemental orb appeared from the figure. It flew down into Mono, making him remember the first day he came into this world. He smiled before looking up at a screaming Mythra.
He teleported beside her and stopped descent with the wind.
"You asshole!" She shouted with a panicked face. "No time for that. Let's go!" Mono said switching to a princess carry, and blasting off again.
Mono glitched forward and braked midair, taking in the scenery but Mythra pulled his ear roughtly. "GO!" Mythra yelled. "Okay! Okay." Mono winced before glitching past the front entrance.
He began teleporting around, asking civilians where the Rite of Descension would take place. Many gave concerned looks for Mythra, but her glare made them answer quickly. They all answered with the name of a terrace, making Mono raise an eyebrow, before noticing a staircase heading higher up the mountain side. He glitched atop a few buildings and to the base of the stairs, gliding up to the top, ignoring the turns of the staircase and flying up.
He landed at the top and his cloak blew back in the wind. Several citizens making their way to the Rite of Descension awed at his cool landing, while the guards eyed him suspiciously.
"So, this is Yujing Terrace." Mythra said as Mono set her down. The two began walking towards the end of the terrace, and looked at the traditional Chinese architecture. The two saw a massive crowd at the entrance, and a small number of people making offerings to a shrine near the edge of terrace.
