A Month Later... Mono was missing. At least, that anyone else knew of. The two wondering the most about his whereabouts were of course the two previous archons. His absence made them uneasy, and worried. And they wouldn't be looking forward to his return.

Mono yawned as he lifted his upper body from the sand of the beach under Stormbearer Point. He looked out at the sea with a blank stare, still in a daze from his slumber.
"Oh, you're up!" Reona said happily. "I am. Another day... yay~..." Mono said with a smirk. "Quit it. Get us some food." Reona said with a sigh. "You know I don't have to eat food." Mono said glitching to his feet. "Exactly. Now get me some food." Reona said taking a seat on his shoulder.
Mono summoned an apple from space, and she glared at him. He chuckled and tossed it away before taking out a steak and mushroom skewer. He held it up for Reona to eat, and cracked his neck as she nibbled on the source of protein.
During Mono's absence from the two nations, he resorted to actually learning how to cook, 'craft', and live, primitively. He could cook just about whatever Reona had knowledge of with whatever ingredients he could find. Instead of creating swords with Geo, he instead forged one instead. It was a basic black, steel sword using Magic Crystals he found around the continent so far. It was pretty standard. It's length was only a few inches longer than his arm, and it's blade held no reflection or light at all, due to Mono slipping his Abyssal energy into it as the blade was created.
As Reona was eating, Mono pulled the skewer away and took a bite, making her roll her eyes.

Mono was crouched in a tree, staring at five boars in silence, holding a wooden bow he made, carved using his sword, and string from Lamp Grass, the string of the bow glowing blue like the herb did.
Mono's arrow were made with the same materials, excluding the stone arrowhead, that was currently channeled with Anemo, silently swirling as he aimed at the herd. Reona quietly fluttered by his side and watched as he released the nocked arrow. The arrow flew and landed at their feet, intentionally, and before the boars could flee, blades of wind sliced their hides and killed them in a seven foot radius, catching them all in the attack.
"I'm surprised you adapted so quickly. Nice shot." Reona said with a nod. "Well, I'd be nothing without your ability." Mono said with a shrug, hopping out of the tree.
"Aww, not really. It is pretty neat, but you still learn insanely fast." Reona said waving him off. "Still. It helps when it comes to increasing my knowledge. I wouldn't even know about half of these things had you not showed me." Mono said placing the boars into his space.
"That reminds me. Any new recipes?" Mono asked. Reona nodded as the two made their way back to the beach.

Mono walked up the stairs to the Adventurer's Guild window in Liyue and approached who he usually took commissions from, Minoto (Chef's Kiss). She smiled seeing his cloak and hood on, hiding his features.
"Good morning, Mono." She whispered. "Morning." He replied with a yawn. "I figured you would drop by. Assuming you're going to take on the Primovishap?" She asked. "Yup." Mono answered blandly. "Alright. Though, since you thought on it the other day, you may have to work with someone else." Minoto informed.
"Fine by me." Mono said with a shrug. "Really? You seem like the loner type." Minoto said before covering her mouth. "I'm sorry. That slipped out." She said nervously. "No problem. The name is Mono after all." Mono said with a smile. "R-Right. Anyway, Zhiping should be just outside of the West of Liyue. Maybe you'll meet your other partner there." Minoto said marking Mono's name down for the commission as well.
