"There you are! You took a little longer than expected, seeing as you can teleport." Venti said to Mono, who was still over Mythra shoulder. Venti stood at the edge of ruined platform, a Statue of the Severn behind him and under a massive tree, who's roots rung up the earth around it."I was held captive." Mono said with a smile, before teleporting to his feet. "Don't make it weird." Mythra said lightly punching his shoulder.
"So, what brings you to me again?" Venti asked giving Mono a smirk. "I wanna learn more about the—" Mono started, but a vacuum of wind began tugging at the three.
Mythra and Mono looked back to see what looked to be Anemo incarnate, slightly covered in gray plates of rock. It's plates floated off of its trembling form as it dropped down to their level.
Mythra smirked and glared at the adversary that decided to barge in on their conversation.
"An Eye of the Storm. Seems the change in the winds aren't only effecting the weather." Venti said before taking a seat on the steps beside Mono. "It's been a while since I've seen one of those. Can you take care of it?" Venti asked. "With pleasure." Mythra said summoning her claymore, its white and gold body, brimming with green energy.
"I've never really fought before... nor do I have a weapon..." Mono said with a frown. "That may be a problem... since these guys are immune to Anemo. Then I'll see this as a test, to see if you can overcome the winds when they overcome yours." Venti said placing his head in his palm, staring into Mono's eyes.
Mono stepped forward and beside Mythra also gaining a determined look. Mythra smirked at him and the two watched as the Eye of the Storm soon brought its plates much closer, hugging its body. It stopped moving, but soon flew at the two at rapid speeds, spinning like a top for momentum.
Mythra ran forward, and stopped its charge with a vertical slash of her glowing claymore. The two clashed for dominance, and entered a stalemate. Mono had no clue what to do with out the winds he made, and lack of a weapon. He looked at his fists and shrugged before glaring at the wind entity.
Mythra growled in excitement, finally able to fight something strong for once. Out of no where, Mono glitched beside her and uppercut the Eye of the Storm, sending it back a few meters from the sudden force. Mythra looked down at Mono's hand, and saw it was bleeding from punching the rigid stone plate.
Suddenly, the two were swept off their feet as pulled into a vacuum from the Eye of the Storm, who began floating and bringing them under it. Mythra stabbed her sword into the dirt, but it sliced straight through and didn't matter. Mono summoned the wind at his finger tips, and thrust his hands at the Eye of the Storm from below it.
The Eye of the Storm began shaking due to Mono's burst of wind, and was soon sent flying even higher. Mythra slid to her feet and jumped up at the Eye of the Storm. Mono thrust his hands out again, and sent Mythra higher. She reeled her right arm back with her glowing claymore in hand, going above the ball of wind, and slamming her sword into its stone encased form that it used to defend itself.
The Eye of the Storm hit the ground with a quake, and the stone plates around it crumbled and flew back. Venti leaned his head to the side and avoided a chunk of debris, and Mono covered his face as to not get dust in his eyes.
Mono dashed forward as the Eye of the Storm began to spin again, trying to regain its shattered pieces. As the chunks of stone flew back towards the sphere of wind, Mono reeled back his hand below his waist, and saw Mythra descending above it.
He used the vacuum of the Eye of the Storm to his advantage and let his feet off the ground, moving closer and faster than before. He slid to a stop just before he could touch it, and uppercut it once more.
