It was time to go gun practicing and I had Cass and Sam go with him since Castiel still needed to learn how to shoot. I was still against the idea.
"He'll be fine Daph." I sighed and nodded.
"I know I know, it's just..."
"Bring back memories?"
"Not exactly good ones..."
"The white wabbit?" I rolled my eyes.
"What? Oh come on, bugs bunny helped you when you were 5 years old?"
"Yeah well, it's true."
"I still don't believe a random rabbit you happen to come across helped you find your way to Bobby's."
"Honestly? I curled up in a ball and cried until that bunny showed up. Believe me or not." I said folding my clothes. He put his hands in a mock surrender.
"Is that why they're your favorite animals?"
"Mhm, I begged Bobby if I could have one when I'm over, he said no but I managed to have one for a few days thanks to the class pet,"
"What was its name? Snuffle or something?"
"Mr. snuggles." He snorted.

The group came back from practice and I was worried to find a little boy with tears but instead I found Ace grinning and laughing.
"How'd it go?" Dean asked.
"Not sure if I should be surprised or not. He hit all except for the one all the way in the back." I looked down at my son and ruffled his hair.
"That's what I was afraid of..." I muttered.
"And Cass?" I asked looking back at Sam.
"Besides asking me why we need guns he got at least two." Dean patted Cass on the back.
"He'll learn." Ace pulled Cass with him and talked about reading him a book and teaching him to read.
"Rick asked me if I was anything other than a hunter." Sam said.
"What did you say?"
"I told him we traveled a lot, hunted a few animals, and worked jobs at diners." He said. I nodded at his lie. Which wasn't all a lie. I looked over to see Cass speaking, assuming that he was teaching Ace how to read more complicated words.
"What happens if we cross one of those sons of bitches? We need to kill them. And I'm sorry if you're trying to keep this a secret but we need to be completely honest here Daph. They might die." I frowned at my brother's sudden question.
"Life's already hard as it is with creatures that you tell your children about at night being real. But now zombies? And this was because someone opened Pandora's box."
"Doesn't mean we need to keep it a secret."
"Look at them, do you honestly believe that they'd believe or they won't panic?"
"You can't save them from the truth."
"Then I'll try until it comes out. Especially for my son."
Sam and Dean dropped their heads knowing they couldn't argue with me. They nodded and left it alone. We walked back to Cass and Ace. I saw Cass reading him the Bible. I smiled as Ace kept asking the angel questions about it. Suddenly I noticed Lori running. I raised a brow and looked at my brothers.
"I'll go," they nodded and I took my blade before running after her. I kept following her until I didn't hear anymore branches or leaves breaking. I walked around when I suddenly heard the sound of someone vomiting. I quietly followed the sound and found Lori.
"Lori?" She gasped and looked at me.
"Whoa, easy. I saw you running. Everything alright?" I asked. She looked scared.
"I-" she started stammering but I calmed her down.
"It's okay, you can tell me."
"I don't- I don't know what to do." I saw tears forming in her eyes. I placed a hand on her shoulder and felt a lot of emotions from her. But I also felt something else...Like another person...my eyes widen slightly.
"Lori...are you pregnant?" I asked her softly. She nodded.
"Does Rick...?" She shook her head. Oh...this has turned into a difficult situation.
"I'll help as much as I can. If you need anything you can ask me." She nodded. "Come on, let's head back." She nodded. I helped her up and we made our way back to camp and we went our separate ways.
"What happened?"
"Periods." Dean made a cringe face and didn't say anything else causing Sam to snicker.
