I stayed cooped up in the Impala, Dean and Sam decided to stay in the house with Cass and Ace, to give me some time to myself. I wasn't so sure as to why it had hit me so damn hard. It's been almost six or seven weeks that I've known the group- I was attached...too attached.

I held my lighter in hand looking at the new initial I carved a few minutes ago. The back of my lighter was filling up very quick. I sighed and dropped my hand with the object on the seat. I leaned back about to close my eyes when I heard a commotion going on. I moved my head to look out the window and saw Sam and Cass coming my way. Everyone but Daryl, Dean, Glenn, Shane, and Rick made their way back into the house. "Mm?" I grunted.

"Randell's gone. Looks like he escaped."

"Is that so?" I asked nonchalant.

"Shane's injured too. Says he was jumped by Randell." I scoffed.

"How long is he going to keep bullshitting everyone?" I muttered, looking to the other window. It was obvious Shane lied. If I had to guess he probably went out and killed the kid himself and acted like the victim. Just like with Otis. I heard my brother sigh as he walked back to the house. Cass entered the passenger seat to keep me company while reading a book.

My stomach grumbled. I had forgotten to eat all day. Haven't eaten anything but drinking water...I sighed not having the motivation or will to go near the house. "Cass?"

"Yes?" He asked.

"Do...do you have anything to eat?" I asked quietly. He looked around and handed me a few energy bars and a piece of chocolate. I took two energy bars and left the rest to him. It was granola. I opened it, the wrapper ripped open being the only thing heard in the car. "Thanks..." I muttered. Soon I began eating it little by little. It wasn't enough, but it was something. I froze upon hearing a gunshot. I furrowed my brows and looked to Cass who looked at me confused too. We kept our guards up, our weapons close in hand as we waited for anythinrbg to happen.

I once again got a sinking feeling in my gut. Only when things happen...I looked to Cass again. "I don't have a good feeling- Oh my god..." I gasped looking out the window. Cass turned to the window and his eyes widen. I looked to the house and then back to the horde of walkers coming this way. I held Cass' shoulder. "Warn the others- Now!" I ordered.

"And you!?" He asked.

"I- I'll keep them distracted for now! Go." I ordered once more. He nodded and was gone. I took my Barrett and exited the Impala. Looking through the scope I saw the walkers suddenly turn their attention to the barn. Narrowing my eyes I found the silencer part and connected it to the gun.

I aimed it back and began shooting any that were nearby. "Daphne!" I heard my name being called. Turning I saw Sam and Dean running towards me.

"And Ace?" I asked.

"With Daryl. What's with the herd?"

"No idea where it came. But that gunshot brought them here. We'll have to evacuate before they reach the house-"

"Carls missing. Rick and Shane are still out there!" Sam informed. My eyes widen and I turned to the barn. It can't be- suddenly flames erupted in the barn.

"THEY'RE IN THE BARN!" I shouted to everyone. I looked to my brothers. "Drive by! Kill as many as possible and find a way to get them out the barn!" I ordered. Jimmy and Daryl ran off to the RV and motorcycle. I aimed my gun when I spotted Rick and Carl running away from the barn by the RV. I shot the ones that came near them while shooting ones near the house. I could see my brothers also following their lead.

I backed up seeing how the numbers weren't dropping fast enough. I could hear gunshots come from near me as I saw Hershel standing his ground with a shotgun. Lori screaming for him to run. I hesitated, wanting to wait for my brothers. I continued shooting while making my way to him and decided to save the old man, knowing my brothers wouldn't die here.

"Hershel, we're leaving. Now! Where's Ace!?"

"You go! I will stay and fight."

"Hershel- your daughters need you!" I shouted. I could see numbers increasing faster and faster. I stopped and whistled loudly. A loud howl was heard and soon the walkers were going out by a lot. "WHERE IS MY SON!?" I asked him. I looked behind him about to shoot the walker when Rick beat me to it.

"Where's Lori? Did you see Lori?"

"Didn't she run? My son- Ace here is he!?"

"I-I-" I heard the sound of growling. Hannibal was taking the ones nearby but we he could hold on for so long.

"I don't know what happened. They just kept coming- I don't know how that's happening either." He asked pointing to where the walkers were being ripped apart by an unseen force. "They're everywhere!"

"Lori! DID YOU SEE HER!?"

"I SAW HER RUN AWAY WITH SOME OF THE OTHER WOMEN FOR FUCKS SAKES. We need to go! NOW!" I shouted.

"It's my farm!" Hershel protested.

"Not anymore! Let's go Daphne!" I nodded and whistled back for the hound. I could see the blood on him as if floating.

"Find my brothers! They better be alive or else." I threatened. It whimpered then growled before running away. I followed Rick, Carl, and Hershel into an old truck before driving off into the dark forest. I clenched my lighter feeling my heart beating as I stared at the back window seeing the barn in flames and countless walkers now claiming the farm for their own. Please. Please be safe. Everyone! I prayed.
