Temptation (complete)

Chapter twelve

You drop yourself and jump up. You point at Loki, "You, Loki, are an awful driver!" You say out of breath. You run over to the boat.

"Are you alright?" Loki asks.

"I'm fine, just learn to not almost kill us all." You reply.

You walk over to a divot in the ground. You see a large ship that looks like the one you escaped Asgard in and see dark elves walking out of it, towards you.

"Alright, you ready?" Thor asks Jane. She nods.

"I am," Loki says.

You walk closer to the divot.

"This plan of yours is going to get us killed." Loki states.

"Yeah, possibly," Thor replies.

Loki motions his hands towards Thor in a 'unlock these cuffs' way, "You still don't trust me, brother?"

"Would you?" Thor asks as he unlocks Loki's cuffs.

"No, I wouldn't," Loki says grabbing something from his pocket. He stabs Thor and throws him off the divot. Thor rolls down. Loki jumps down after him. You stay right there, not at all shocked at what Loki had done, as he is the God of mischief.

"No!" Jane yells as she runs down too.

You think I should probably go down after her.

You run down and hear Loki say, "You really think I cared about Frigga, about any of you." He kicks Thor in the head, "All I ever wanted was you and Odin, dead at my feet!"

Thor motions for Mjolnir. Loki cuts off his hand and Thor screams in pain. Jane runs over to Thor as Mjolnir crashes into the ground. You run up to Loki. He grabs Jane, "Malekith! I am Loki of Jotunheim! and I bring you a gift!" He says as he throws her at Malekith's feet, "I ask only one thing in return, a good seat as to watch Asgard burn."

You look at him in shock. You've never seen this side of Loki before.

Malekith walks over to Thor, "Look at me." He kicks Thor. He levitates Jane in the air. He pulls the Aether out of her. You read Malekith's mind. You see pure darkness. Jane falls to the ground.

"Loki! Now!" Thor yells.

In a glow of gold Thor's hand comes back. Mjolnir comes flying to his hand. Loki runs over to Jane and shields her from any harm. You think, Ouch, I'm his girlfriend. You levitate a few of the dark elves in the air and smash them into the ground. Thor electrocutes the Aether and it explodes, shaking the ground. You fall to the ground. Malekith's eyes go black. He looks at the big dark elf. An elf comes at you and you try to get in his head. You can't fast enough and he tackles you to the ground. Thor throws his hammer and it hits the elf. You hop up and get into the big elves' head. You try to take down his mind but it doesn't work as this is a new skill to you. The big guy throws a bomb at Loki and Jane. Loki pushes Jane out of the way and almost gets sucked into the portal the bomb opened. Your heart stops. Thor flies in and catches Loki. You sigh in relief. The big guy pins Thor. Loki starts running and you use your telekinesis to speed him up. You see that Loki is holding something. You hold off the other elves while Loki helps Thor. You see Loki stab the creature. He's thinking, I'm sorry y/n. You look at him in confusion. He sneaks a bomb on the creature's belt. The creature pulls Loki onto the blade with him. You hear Loki say, "See you in hell, monster." Right before the creature blows up.

"No!!!!!!" You say as you run over, vaporizing the other elves, a power you never knew you had.

You collapse at Loki's side.

Thor holds Loki up and says, "No, you fool, you didn't listen."

"I know, I'm a fool. I'm a fool." Loki says weakly.

You start crying.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Loki apologizes to Thor.

"It's okay. It's alright." Thor reassures, "I'll tell father what you did here today."

"I didn't do it for him," Loki says with his dying breath.

"Loki! No! Please don't leave me!" You cry.

"Nooo!!!!!" Thor yells.

You go back to Earth and your hotel room. You unlock the door to see Loki's clothes on the couch. You tear up and start crying. You get a call from Tony.

"Hey, Stark." You sniff.

"Hey, what's up? Why are you crying?" He asks.

"Nothing. Don't worry about me. Why'd you call me?"

"Just to check up on you, see if you were doing alright. Obviously, you're not."

"What do you mean 'if I was doing alright'?" You ask.

"Thor told me Loki's dead and I figured I should check up on you."

"Hm, glad you care, I'm fine goodbye." You hang up.

You pick up Loki's clothes and tidy them up, hoping maybe he isn't dead. You clean up his room, trying not to cry. You put on his black t-shirt with the crescent moon on it. You grab some cereal and go to bed. You cry yourself to sleep. You wake up and see someone in the corner. He comes out into the light. Loki.

"Oh my gosh! Loki!" You squeal.

"Hello, Darling." He says calmly.

You run up to him and hug him so tightly he can't breathe.

"I thought you were dead!" You continue, "I love you." You muffle your head in his shoulder.
