"Zola! Y/N! Hurry up you're both late for school!" mom yelled from the kitchen. It was a lovely summer's day in June and you and your little sister, Zola rushed downstairs to meet your mom, meredith, feeding your youngest sister Ellis and you dad, Derek, tying you little brother Bailey's shoes.
"Hey y/n, how are you feeling about your maths test today?" your dad said, kissing your forehead.
"Nervous. I don't know why though, i studied so hard!" You replied
"Aw honey, don't worry! You'll do amazing, i know you will. Now quickly get in the car or you won't get to school in time to even take the test!" your mom said, rushing you out the door.

———- ———- AT SCHOOL,LUNCHTIME —————
You were eating lunch with your best friend, Hallie, when suddenly she says:
"Omg Y/N! Is that Zola?"
I turn my head quickly and see my little sister being beaten up by a girl in her class.
"Nobody wants you Zola, Not even your birth mother. I have no idea why your parents adopted you"
I storm over there, my blood boiling. Hallie takes Zola away as you punch the bully in the face, making her drop straight to the floor.
"SAY THAT AGAIN ABOUT MY SISTER! GO ON, I DARE YOU!!!" you scream at the top of your lungs, slapping the girl several times across the face. Suddenly, you hear the principal call your name. You look towards Zola, who's crying in your best friends arms, and you know you've done the right thing, even if your parents disagree.

—————— ————AT HOME———————————
The principal called your parents, and they were so disappointed with you. But what they didn't know, is that you promised Zola not to tell mom and dad the reason you did it.
"SINCE WHEN DO YOU FIGHT GIRLS IN SCHOOL Y/N! I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SURGERY WHEN YOUR MOM CAME IN TO TELL ME YOU HAD A FIGHT!" your dad shouted.
"We raised you better than this Y/N and you know it. What the hell is wrong with you? I hope you know you're grounded for a week and we're taking away your phone." Your mom replied. You were really pissed off but you knew you did the right thing, even if you have to pay the price. You storm up to your room when you hear Zola shout your name.
"Y/N! Come back please! Mom, Dad, please don't punish her, she was protecting me." You are so shocked she's protecting you, that's your job.
"Zozo what are you doing?"
"This girl,Hannah, was bullying me. She was saying really hurtful things like nobody wants me and she doesn't know why you both adopted me. Y/N saw and stood up for me, Hallie came and saved me while Y/N fought them for me. She saved me so please don't punish her." She said, crying. You gave her a big hug as your parents walked towards you.  "Is that true? Did you save your sister?" your mom said.
"Well i wasn't going to let her get away with it. She's my family. And you always support your family no matter what." You replied, looking down. Your mom was in tears and your dad brought you close into his arms.
"Thank you Y/N, we're so sorry we punished you. You are such a good sister and we love you so much." your dad said, stroking your hair.  "Oh and you're ungrounded, obviously." You laughed at his remark.
As you settle down to go to sleep, you hear a knock at your door and you see your little sister walk in.
"Thank you so much again for sticking up for me. I'm so lucky to have you as a sister."
You hug Zola in tight and say: "Of course Zozo, we're sisters, we support eachother through everything."
