David

The sounds of screeching metal and crackling sparks of electricity echoed continuously across the area, with loud bangs and piles of metal littering it as a consequence. The security drones seemed never-ending as they continued their advance up the path, determined to reach the people that were apparently "breaking the law" of an island held under the hand of the villain that caused this mess. For moving pieces of scrap, they were persistent.

But as one such security drone made a dash for the duo that remained by the entrance of the central tower, a green elongated whip wrapped around its metallic body and dragged it back into the horde of robots without much effort. It slammed into a group of its own kind and they all exploded into a pile of rubble.

With the assailant of such an attack jumping up into the air and raising their red appendage with a malicious grin on their face.

"COME GET SOME, YOU MOVING PILES OF JUNK!" David laughed and slammed his tendril into the middle of the horde, sending a wave of robots flying into the air thanks to the shock wave he created. He then reverted his quirk back into its green form and pierced a few of the airborne robots before spinning on the spot and knocking more and more sentries to the ground like they were bowling pins.

A multitude of such drones surrounded David from behind and fired black wire-like restraints at his tendrils. He grunted, but faced the sentries that attempted to restrain him with a sinister glare before he threw his four appendages forward, sending the drones flying into the shutters that surrounded the tower and detaching the restraints from his quirk in one simultaneous action.

Tch, so they're trying to apprehend me with numbers, huh? How annoying.

Though I'd be lying if I said this wasn't good stress relief.

David chuckled to himself and just as another group of drones went to attack him, he shifted his tendrils into their yellow variants and smacked them away. He then ended up having an idea and grabbed one of the drones that shut down from the hard impact against the ground, before throwing it into the air and shifting to his red tendril just as it lined up with the rest of the drones that charged up the hill in front of him.

"He shoots..." David smirked as he slammed his red appendage into the drone and shot it towards the rest of its group like he was playing a game of baseball. It shattered upon impact and crashed into the side of the horde, sending pieces of its body flying everywhere alongside the victims of such an attack as David effectively took out a decent chunk of drones in one swing. "HE SCORES! FUCK YEAH, I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY THAT!" He yelled triumphantly. Of course it didn't do much against the sheer amount of them, but the boy still dealt a considerable blow nonetheless.

"Even now, you still find such a joy in otherwise terrible situations!" Y/N sighed as he saw David make short work of the opposition in front of him.

"What can I say? These things are excellent practice aga- OH SHIT!" David's eyes widened when he saw the horde of drones line up in rows across the path before slowly closing the distance between them and the U.A students he was supposed to guard.

"Veer! I'm almost through this damn thing, but if I get captured because you couldn't stop joking around then I'm melting your ass! Get you and your quirk over here!" Mina ordered, the metallic shutter that blocked the way into the central tower was beginning to cave in to her superior power as a moderately large hole for them to fit through began to take shape around her. But there was still another layer to get through, and thanks to Mina's efforts to conserve her strength and avoid reaching her quirk's limit later on when something important was happening... both Y/N and David had to give her time.
