Ron Dumps Lavender

I couldn't sleep, so I went to the common room and sat down on a couch.

I heard someone coming and when I looked, I saw Harry leading Ron somewhere. Ron was acting weird, he was all smiley and happy.

"What's up with him?" I ask.

"Love potion" Harry says.

Ron walks over and hugs me, and I awkwardly hug him back because I don't know what's wrong with him.

"Ok, how do we get him back to normal?" I ask, pushing him slightly so we weren't hugging.

"No idea. Let's go see Slughorn" Harry says, taking Ron back from me.

"Where're we going?" Ron asks, stumbling along with Harry.

"To see Romilda" Harry says.

Harry and I walk Ron down to Slughorn's office and knock on the door.

Slughorn opens the door and asks "what's going on with him?"

"He's under a love potion sir" Harry says.

Slughorn let's us all in, Harry helps him make a potion for the love potion to go away, while I have to deal with Ron hugging me.

I eventually sat him down on the couch and ask "is that almost done?"

Then I heard a plop on the ground and turned around. Ron was no longer sitting on the couch but had fallen behind it.

I face palm before going to help him up and sitting him down on the couch again.

Finally, the potion is finished and Ron drinks it, his happiness and trance was gone now and he looked confused.

"What happened?" Ron asks.

"Love potion" Harry says.

Slughorn gets us all something to drink and we Ron drinks it as the rest of us raise our glasses.

Ron suddenly falls to the ground and has a seizure. I kneel down next to him and Harry goes to get something from the cabinets.

He comes back over and quickly puts something in Ron's mouth.

"Come on Ron! Breathe!" Harry says.

Ron wakes up but falls asleep shortly after. Harry and I take Ron to the hospital wing with Slughorn.

*Next morning*

Hermione, Harry, Ginny, and I were in the hospital wing to see if Ron had woken up yet. He was still asleep in his hospital bed. Hermione was sitting in the chair next to his bed. Dumbledore, Snape, and Slughorn came into the hospital wing as well.

Lavender came running in, saying "where's my won won?!"

Oh great Merlin she's here too. Don't get me wrong, I love Lavender, but when she's constantly snogging Ron it gets a bit annoying.

"What is she doing here?" Lavender asks.

"I could ask you the same thing" Hermione says.

"I happen to be his girlfriend!" Lavender says.

"And I happen to be his- friend" Hermione says.

"Friend? Don't make me laugh! You two haven't spoken in weeks! And now you suddenly find him interesting!" Lavender says.

"He's been poisoned you daft dimbo! And I've always found him inetetesting!" Hermione says.

Ron starts to stir around in his bed.
