Hogsmeade

*A week later*

Today was the day that everyone in third year and older got to go to Hogsmeade. I hand Professor McGonagall my permission slip and stand in the crowd.

Harry comes outside and talks to McGonagall. Harry looks upset and starts to walk inside.

I follow him and ask "hey, what's wrong?"

"Nothing. I just didn't get my permission slip signed" Harry says.

"I'm sorry. I can stay if you want" I say.

"No it's fine" Harry says.

"Alright. Do you want anything?" I ask.

"No thanks, I'm fine" Harry says.

"Ok. Looks like they're leaving now. See you later" I say.

"Bye" Harry says.

I give him a quick hug and walk back over to the group. I felt bad that Harry didn't get to come, especially since Ron and Hermione were fighting about their pets again.

"I'm gonna go into Honeydukes. Do you two want me to get you anything while I'm in there?" I ask Hermione and Ron.

"No Im good" Hermione says.

"Can you get me a chocolate frog?" Ron asks.

"Sure. Oh, just so I know, where will you two be while I'm in there?" I ask.

"I wanna check out the shrieking shack" Hermione says.

"Ok. I'll be back in a bit" I say. They start walking to the shrieking shack while I walk to Honeydukes.

I got Ron a chocolate frog, Harry a box of candy that makes you sound like any animal/object, and Hermione a lollipop. I got myself a lollipop too.

I start walking over to the shrieking shack. On my way there, a snowball hit me. I turn around to see who threw it, but nobody was standing anywhere around me.

What the? Oh yeah, Harry has an invisibility cloak.

"Harry!" I say. I could hear him laughing, but he didn't take the cloak off.

"Where are you?" I ask, looking around.

Harry stands behind me and takes the cloak off quietly. "Boo" Harry says, making me jump.

"Jeez Harry!" I say. Harry was laughing and eventually I laughed too.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Draco and his friends.

"Put the cloak back on! Malfoy's coming!" I say. Harry quickly puts the cloak on. I hide behind a tree so that Draco won't see me.

Harry puts the cloak around both of us because my hiding spot wasn't that great. We watched Draco and his friends walk towards the shrieking shack.

"Oh no. Hermione and Ron are over there" I say quietly so Draco won't hear.

Me and Harry walk behind Malfoy and his friends. I see Hermione and Ron talking.

"Well well. You two shopping for your dream home? That's a bit grand for you, don't you think Weasley? Don't you and your family sleep in one room?" Draco asks.

"Shut your mouth Malfoy" Ron says.

"Boys I think it's time we teach Weaslebee how to respect his superiors" Draco says.

"I hope you don't mean yourself" Hermione says.

"How dare you talk to me like that? You filthy mudblood" Draco says.

Me and Harry both made snowballs and started throwing them. One of them hit Draco.

"Who's there?" Draco asks. I throw my snowball at him.

Me and Harry run over to them and start messing with Malfoy and his friends. They run away because they were scared.

"Harry!" Hermione says, laughing so hard.

Me and Harry take the cloak off. "That was not funny" Ron says.

"Yes it was" I say, while laughing.

Me, Hermione, and Ron had made sure no one would be able to recognize Harry.

The four of us were walking down the street, when a man from the ministry says "how's business Rosmerta?" (I have a hard time remembering names of people who aren't as important in the movies, so I apologize if I get the names wrong).

"It'd be better if there weren't dementors coming in my pub every other night" Rosmerta says.

"It's just a caution! You know Sirius Black is on the loose!" The man says.

"What would Sirius Black have interest in being in Hogsmeade for?" Rosmerta asks.

"Harry Potter" the man says.

"Harry Potter?" Rosmerta says a bit loudly.

"Shh" the man says taking her inside.

I didn't even realize Harry had put the invisibility cloak back on. I turn to face them, but saw Harry was gone.

"Harry?" I ask confused.

I look around and see footprints moving on the ground. Me, Hermione, and Ron follow them into the restaurant.

"No students allowed today!" The heads say.

We walk out of the restaurant and sit on a bench. I was waiting for Harry to come back outside. I noticed the door to the restaurant open and saw footprints moving on the ground.

I nudge Hermione and stand up. We follow the footprints into the woods. I heard crying.

"Harry?" I ask. I stand where the footsteps ended.

I reach out and pull the invisibility cloak off of Harry. "What happened?" I ask.

"He was their friend. And he betrayed them. He was their friend!" Harry says.

It's silent for a minute.

"I hope he does find me. Because when he does, I'm gonna be ready. When he does, I'm gonna kill him" Harry says.

I hug Harry to calm him down. Somehow, hugging him always worked.
