"Can I come over?"

I smile slightly hearing those words from the other line. "Of course you can, Doofus."

I hear Stiles cheer and he tells me he'll be on his way.

Not even 5 minutes later , I hear the front door swing open. He apparently had a key made as soon as we started dating. Honestly doesn't surprise me. "

Honey, I'm home!" He says.I laugh from the couch. He follows the sound and plops down next to me, immediately rests his head on my shoulder. "Watcha watchin'?"

"F/s." I feel Stiles start to play with my fingers and I smile. "You're in a weird mood today."

"Aren't I always?"

I can hear the smirk in his voice and roll my eyes. "Yes but you're in a weirder mood today."

I feel him shrug. "I'm just happy. I finally found my person." He lifts his head, looking straight into my eyes.

Butterflies erupt in my stomach and I can't contain a smile. He grins back before pressing a kiss to my lips.

I hear the front door handle jiggle before opening.

"Hey mom!"

"Hey Mrs. l/n!"

Mom walks into the living room and waves at us. She glances at what I'm watching and scoff. "This again?"

"You know it." I grin and she playfully rolls her eyes.

"Well, I'm going to start dinner. Are you staying, Stiles?" Mom asks.

Stiles looks at me and I shrug. "Yeah sure. I love your food Mrs. l/n."

"And this is why you're my favorite." Mom says, giving me a pointed look before heading to the kitchen.

"Rude." I mutter with a smile.

"If it makes you feel better, you're my favorite."

"It doesn't but thanks." I sit back on the couch, crossing my arms. I look over at his hurt face and I burst out laughing. "I'm kidding. It does."  Stiles joins in on the laughter.

I finally found my person, too.
