CHIMON
My plan to enroll in the university is fulfilled - even better, I was able to enroll in the spring semester, January. Some of my subjects from my previous institution in Boston were credited although I still need to take a few credits so I can proceed to the fourth year in the next semester opening. Off and Gun are happy with the progress that I made but I promised them that I'd still continue working at the café during my free time for my rent and other expenses. And maybe, take some side jobs from Jennie if there'd be any that would coincide with my schedule.
Today is the first day of my school life and I am overly excited because Lycan Institute, where I am currently enrolled, is the most outstanding throughout Oregon. Major company owners, stockholders, and successful personas graduated here which means that I have a bigger chance of landing on a good company in the future. That alone is making me joyous and eager to finish my college degree at this institute.
Walking in the hallway, my eyes roam around the whole building for the Business Administration majors. It's really massive and this part of the school is only for the BA students since each faculty has its own edifice. I shiver from the cold and tightens the scarf that I managed to wrap around my neck earlier. I smile and feel proud of my first achievement, being in such a prestigious place to pursue my studies.
While I am in my own little bubble, someone accidentally bumps my shoulder and my back crashes against the wall. I flinch and tried to rub my back which is, of course, a futile move, my arms are not that long enough to massage it. In the midst of my pain, a handsome guy with skin as white as the snow around us appears before me. Though his face is one that you can call as finely pulchritudinous, my radar keeps on ringing that the man bats on the same team as I am. The pretty face's stare pierces all the way to my bones making me shake like a leaf earning a light giggle from the male.
"I am really sorry for bumping you...?" His voice is high-pitch while looking at me.
Oh, he's asking for my name.
"Wachirawit Ruangwiwat, but I go by Chimon. And you are?" The guy gives me a slight pat at the back with a wide beam on his pale face. Massaging the part that hit the wall, and me being apprehensive with the sudden touch but I try my best to not show it.
"It's nice to meet you, I'm Kanaphan Puitrakul and goes by First, third-year Business Administration student. I am a transferee here, so please show me around," he bows.
"I am a new student here, too. Wasn't it obvious?"
"Sorry, I thought you were just mindlessly walking around like an idiot," First replies with a wink and I suppress myself from laughing but fails. The two of us are now laughing like lunatics in the middle of a not-so-empty hallway making students look in our direction.
"Asshole! Calling someone an idiot on the first day of school."
"Well, someone's calling someone an asshole. Isn't it a bit harsh, too?" First complains and rolls his eyes all the way to the back of his head.
