CHIMON
It's been two days since that day that I met two of the most expensive people in the world, and me knowing about Nanon being the next heir to the Chivaaree Enterprises, and me contemplating if I should really continue being this close to him because I know that I will never be good enough for their status. All of them are unreachable, they are the humans that are on top of the value chain, and one wrong move - everyone in the world would be throwing stones at them, judge them for their choices, and all the things that are relating to them and their names. But what I am most concerned about is the main fact that Nanon doesn't really care about t at all, not especially if he's ready standing here in front of me outside my apartment door.
Keeping myself intact, I try and row away any negative thoughts right now especially seeing that very bright and wide smile from Nanon underneath those bundles of warm winter clothing. Shivering, I close the door behind me and stare at him momentarily before receiving a small peck on the lips making me blush and warm at the same time. Knowing the effect that he has on me, Nanon chuckles lightly and takes off his coat before giving it to me making me confused.
"I'm warm," he says as if knowing what I am thinking. "You should buy thicker winter clothes, little mate," he adds before taking my hands into his, rubs it gently before placing the same on either side of my cheeks and I smile.
"Thank you, it's warm enough now," I mumble and snuggle on one of his palms before finally letting go, only Nanon doesn't as he loops our fingers together sending another wonderful emotion inside my heart. "And I'll buy on my next paycheck."
"That's good. Are you ready for school?" Nanon asks as we walk towards the staircase, and for that, I am thankful because I still am not comfortable being inside that small box even if I am with someone.
"Yes," I reply and squeeze his hand lightly. "I'll be taking the bus though, it should be here in about fifteen minutes. Are you going to ride with Miller today?"
And yes, I met Miller on the same day that I was discharged at the hospital and it was also amazing how comfortable I am with him - he was like Father, only younger and alive. Nanon however wasn't able to stay with us at the apartment on that day because he needed to fix a couple of things for the business but I'm not complaining. Besides, I was with First and Dark the whole afternoon, being their third wheel as they flaunt their sweetness in front of me - and I'm not jealous.
"I'm going to ride the bus with you though," Nanon pouts.
Is it okay to let royal blood ride a bus as we commoners do? Ah, whatever.
"Don't piss me off when you're uncomfortable with riding the bus, 'cause I'm going to smack your teeth out," I jokingly said and Nanon laughs, a real one making his eyes water down and I do the same thing with his reaction - so childish.
"Yes, your Majesty."
As the cold winter air seeps into our system, we both find ourselves feeling the warmth from our clasped hands since earlier, and we continue making small conversations along the way. Nanon is playful, his heart is still a kid, and I can tell that he's taking delight with our small interactions - as much as I am. But I had also seen him become mature enough when he needs to, especially when he's talking with someone about school stuff, soccer, and business, too. Dark and Nanon do talk about business jargon every now and then, and I also like that side of him - he looks like a real adult that knows what he wants and his priorities.
