" Only one year you both have to wait.  Till then go with the medications. Both spent some good time together and be positive. Take this time as getting closer to each other. Also Lakshmi can be mentally prepare to become a mother then. If we rush things she might suffer a lot. As a doctor, you as a husband we can't do anything when she is in pain other than watching her condition. So it's better we consider her feelings then your wish. Isn't ? " Dr Mira was talking with Dev after going through the test reports.

Doctor suggested Lakshmi should be given an year gap to get conceived and Dev agreed with her.

" What about rest of the things ? How should we carry out ? " Dev asked.

" There is no issues with going physical. Actually you both should spent lots of time together and do sex frequently if I suggest. Higher rates of sexual activity are linked to positive changes, such as lower blood pressure, reduced stress, greater intimacy. What she needs later is also these. Plan for another honeymoon. Take some off from this busy schedule Dev. Both are looking so tired actually." Doctor replied with a witty smile.

" I think I should plan one. " Dev agreed with her.

Meanwhile Lechu came out from examination room with the help of a nurse.

" How do you feel now Lakshmi ? " Doctor enquired very softly.

" It's so irritating. Not at all feeling comfortable right now. Actually I am getting cramps same like on my periods " Lechu whined placing her hand on belly and sat on a chair beside Dev.

" That will go soon. Still I am writing a painkiller. Take it only if the pain gets severe. " Doctor said while writing the medicine.

" Wait for 24 hrs then continue normally. Come if you feel any discomfort or bleeding " after giving all instructions Dev took Lakshmi out from the room and walked out from hospital.

Lakshmi was walking ahead. She didn't even wanted Dev to support her. She was like in her own world which made Dev really confused. He stood back and watched Lechu.

" This is locked " she turned back and said to Dev that the car door is locked.

" Lakshmi you don't have anything to say or ask me what doctor discussed with me ? " Dev asked

" We went to meet her for you not for me " Dev added.

" Yeah I know. To find a better option for protection. Doctor said IUD is best and we both agreed. What more ? " Lakshmi replied casually.

" Aren't you bothered about your health condition ? Future ? Baby ? You don't want to know anything about it ? Atleast you should say no if you are not liking what I am doing for you or you should be happy. But from your face I am not at all understanding what is going inside your mind" Dev said.

Lechu took a deep breath and came close to Dev.

" You need a baby but I can't conceive now. Doctor suggested to wait for an year. Let's wait...... Afterall I am indebted to give you a baby. My appa took the life of your blood so as his daughter I should do this atleast." Dev hit his back on wall hearing her reply. She looked emotionless that time.

Dev scoffed at Lechu looking at her face with an unbelievable look.

" Yeah.... You are right " he said and went to step into the car.

Dev dropped Lakshmi in his penthouse and asked her to stay there.

" It's been two nights I am with you Dev. I need to see my sister. Moreover your aunt will kill me if I go there without informing her before leaving. " Lechu was yelling at Dev while running behind him.
