Cafe Mystre

Varun, Nina, Lakshmi, Ishaan and Ria, all five looked at the agreement which was kept in front of them by Gaurav. Lechu felt like her head was spinning just by reading the first few clauses.

Gaurav forwarded his pen towards Lakshmi to get the sign. Nina was watching that evil smile appeared on his face. Her blood started boiling and she quickly took the agreement from table

" Yeah yeah go through it well. Later there shouldn't be a second discussion about it" Gaurav said.

" What rubbish ? You can't force her to do what you want" Nina yelled at Dev for bringing such an agreement.

Dev quickly turned his eyes towards Gaurav asking to give a reply for her.

" Who forced whom? Legally this plot and this building belongs to Mr Devdutta Pratap Singh Rathore. So he can decide what he should do with it. Since this cafe was already running with good business...... "  Gaurav stopped for a second and looked at the condition of their cafe.
Others also looked around when Gaurav passed such a comment.

" I mean, since this cafe has good potential to run with good business he doesn't want to ruin it. " Gaurav corrected his statement.

" Rathore family is going through that much financial crises that they have to live with the profit from this cafe? " Nina spatted at them

" Rathore family is not broken but someone else " Dev replied her back looking at Lechu.

" Either you guys can vacate, I will redo the interiors and give this café to someone else who can actually run this or you guys can take it from me on lease. But the cafe owner and cafe name will be under my name " Dev said

" What ? Who gave you permission to redo my interiors? " Lechu stood from her chair and yelled at him.

" Do I need someone's permission to do whatever I want in my own place ? " Dev spatted back with a scoff.

Lechu turned back and looked at Varun to say something.  He took the agreement from Nina and went to discuss something with Lechu towards a corner.

Dev frowned upon them when they both went to a corner and started discussing. It was well evident from his face that he is not at all liking that scene. After five minutes  they both came back and kept the agreement back on the table.

" We are ready to take this plot on lease " Lakshmi said.

" But there won't be any changes for interiors " Varun added. Dev got annoyed when Varun talked to him about what should not do with the cafe  and he was going to argue with him but Mohit stopped Dev suddenly.

" We need business for that customers should come here. Look at the current condition of this cafe " Mohit said very gently.

" I designed this café exactly what needed for a French cafe. How can you call this as ..... " Lechu became so dramatic and Dev stopped her before she started over acting.

" Ok fine...... There won't be any changes in interiors. But you guys should do what I say, if that is okay with you guys then I will also agree with your demand " Dev said.

" Why you are..... " When Lechu went for an argument with Dev Varun quickly held her back. Dev was noticing their each and every actions. He gritted his teeth not able to digest their closeness.

Lakshmi and Varun were looking each others eyes like they were passing some messages. Lakshmi controlled herself from arguing with Dev and calmed down.

" You want to agree with me or I should go with my way " Dev asked again.
