Parvathi's house.

" Oh my god....... "

Lechu's jaw dropped watching the palace in front of her eyes. Dev was taking care of their luggages by giving them to the servants who came to help them.

" Is this a palace ? " Lechu asked to Dev.

" Can't you see ? Of course it is. " Dev replied.

" I never knew that Parvathi mam is this much rich " Lechu said not even blinking her eyes.

" You must have heard about Maharaj family. One of the royal family who are still living in palace. But not in the real one. There is a smaller one behind the main palace. Main one is partially under the supervision of government. Now it is converted into luxury resorts. Your Parvathi mam is actually filthy rich " Dev said to Lechu secretly.

They both followed a maid who took them to meet nani. Lechu was watching the palace rotating her head in 360 degree angle.

" This is really wonderful" she commented and was jumping like a child

" Behave .... " Dev stopped her from rotating and kept her close to him.

Dev and Lakshmi saw Parvathi waiting for them outside nani's room. Soon after she saw Lakshmi Parvathi happily hugged her but didn't give any attention to Dev. He rolled eyes like it didn't amused him because he is always invisible in front of her. Parvathi took them to meet her mother.

An old lady with complete white hair, Lechu met Parvathi's mom. With a gentle smile on her face she welcomed both and asked Dev to come sit beside her. Dev held on nani's hand and sat close to her.

" You got time to meet this old lady only after knowing I am sick ? " Nani asked to Dev like a complaint.

" No....... please don't say like that. I always wanted to see you but .... " Dev stopped and looked at Parvathi. She turned her face like I didn't say anything.

" Now you don't have to scare him. " Nani scold Parvathi. Then she noticed Lakshmi who was standing behind Dev.

" Lakshmi ...... You are just like your name. " Nani commented and called her near.

" Adrushta Lakshmi .... That's my full name. " Lakshmi corrected nani in her innocent voice.

" Maa you must know her. She is my best friend Lakshmi's daughter. " Parvathi said to her mother very excitingly. Nani seemed to be surprised hearing that.

" Is it ? Oh god..... Your mother came here many times when they were in college...." Nani said to Lechu. They all talked a lot after that. Most were casual talks. Nani was really happy to see them together finally.

" Anyways you both came here, then stay back for few days. Don't say no ......" Nani said that before incase Dev wouldn't agree.

" I told Parvathi not to say this to you beforehand because I know you will try to find some excuse. I asked maids to arrange everything for you. Stay here happily and then bid farewell to this old lady. Who knows next time when we meet I wouldn't be here like this. " Nani said with a sadness filled smile.

" Don't say like that maa. I will definitely bring Lakshmi to meet you frequently. She isn't a silent girl like this. I need some time to bring her happiness back then she will be the happiest girl ever. Right now someone is trying to snatch her happiness " Parvathi narrowed her eyes and growled at Dev. That someone was definitely Dev.

" Of course nani.... Next time when I come with Lakshmi there will be a bundle of happiness with us. " Dev counter attacked Parvathi and kissed on nani's hand.
