"Come on." He started walking as you stood there not sure of what to do. Here you were given a choice. You could get into your car and let George take you home or you could stay and be miserable for who knows how long.

He stops walking as he reaches your car and holds the passenger door open.

"Are you coming, y/n?"
"I don't think-"
"Stop thinking." He leans against the door as he waits.

You sigh as you make the walk across the street and into the car. He smiles as he shuts the door and hurries to the driver's side.

"Seatbelt." He said jokingly.
"Just take me home." You fastened your seatbelt and looked out the window.
"Yes ma'am." He turned the key and the sports car started.

Before backing out of the space, he looked you over. A drug dealers wife. He didn't know what would happen but he knew breaking up this marriage would be troublesome.

"You alright?"
"Yeah." You mumbled, glancing at him and turning back to the window. "Take me home."

With your reassurance, he backed out of the space and started the drive to your house. You knew the drive would be long. Without traffic, an hour. With it, you could be delayed another hour.

"Where are you from George?" You figured if you were going to be stuck with him the whole ride, you might as well get to know him.

"Um America."
"Well duh. What state?"
"Massachusetts." He tucked his hair behind his ear.
"Hm." You looked at the road signs passing as he casually sped. "Do you know where you're going?"
"Yes."

You turned around in your seat again. This time to directly face him. You put your chin in your hand as you leaned on the arm rest between the two of you.

He took quick glances in your direction.
"What?" He finally asked.
"What did you have planned tonight? With me I mean?"
"With you?" He chuckled. "Well, I guess I wanted to get you away from your pathetic life and show you what love is really like." He smirked.

You couldn't tell if he was joking and you'd feel naive if you asked.

"Very funny." You turned again in your seat, looking straight at the road.
"That wasn't a joke. I fully intended to do that. It just wasn't supposed to happen tonight." He admitted, keeping his eyes on the road.

A look at you now and he was afraid he might crash.
"We've never met before tonight."
"Not formally."

You thought about it. You were sure you had never met him before. You had seen him at a couple balls but he always had a woman by his side to accompany him. You had never really thought about him.

"Hmm I guess your right. But still. How do you know anything about my life?"
"It doesn't take much to notice when you're unhappy. You're really bad at hiding it." He laughed.
"Hey!" You laughed, hitting his shoulder.

He came to a stop light and looked over at you. If you're going to do it, now is the time. He thought.

He took his index finger and placed it under your chin, turning your face to look at him.
"That's the first time I've heard you really laugh."
"It's been a while." You leaned into his touch as his thumb came up and caressed your lip.

"George-" You were cut off by your phone vibrating from your purse. You sighed and pulled it out.
"Don't answer it." He said upon seeing the name.
"I have to." His hand dropped from your face as you answered the phone.

"Hey honey."
"Y/N... Where are you?" He slurred on the other end.
"Home." You turned to George and he sighed.

As you continued your conversation, he got an idea. While you were distracted trying to de tour your husband, he pulled the car over to a near by alley.

"No. I-I'm not with him."

George smirked and parked the car, getting out and coming to your side. He opened your door.

"What are you doing?" You whispered as he grabbed your face.
"Hang up." He pleaded as he leaned into you.

You removed the phone from your ear as he talked on the other side of the call.
"If you kiss me right now. It's a world of trouble." You warned knowing he couldn't care less and neither did you.

He took that as his chance as he connected your lips. You hung up and dropped the phone, wrapping your arms around his neck and pulling him closer.

He slowly pulled away, resting his forehead against yours.

"I can't stay with him."
"I know."
"This is so bad."
"I know."
"George?"
"Hmm?"
"You'll take care of me right?"
"Yeah."
