Her steps were quick as they wandered down the corridors of the magnificent school she attended with her younger brother, who was now sat in a bed in the hospital wing for a reason Severus Snape didn't tell her; even though she asked many times. Finally turning the corner and pushing the large doors open, Evelyn found herself in the hospital wing. She walked down the room and then grabbed a curtain, pulling it open to see Pansy Parkinson holding her brother's hand as he slept.

"Go." Evelyn said with a glare and Pansy didn't wait a second. Pansy seemed afraid of her face to face but Draco always said she'd be drooling over Evelyn to her friends. "Draco, I know damn well your awake."

"So lady like." Draco muttered as he kept his eyes close. Evelyn grabbed a pillow from a chair and threw it at his head making him grin and sit up before trying to throw it back at her. Evelyn caught it and tossed it at the end of his bed. "What do you want?"

"To see my baby brother, of course." Evelyn smiled and stepped to the chair where Pansy sat, kissing his head before sitting down. Draco usually disliked these shows of affection but he seemed to tolerate them from Evelyn. "What happened anyways? You look awful."

"So do you. Everyday." Draco mumbled under his breath but Evelyn heard him clearly. She kicked the mattress from under the bed, making Draco flinch at the odd feeling on his back.

"Asshole." Evelyn mocked as Draco stuck his tongue out at her. "Go on. Explain."

"Did Snape really not say anything?" Draco asked as he raised one of his brown eyebrows at her, his blonde hair a mess.

Evelyn groaned, leaning her head back before sitting up straight. ""No Draco. He didn't. Please don't make me go see Parkinson for the details."

"Please." Draco rolled his eyes with a small scoff. "I'm not evil."

"Father would think otherwise of me." Evelyn said, checking her nails as she thought of colors that would look nice. Draco let out a laugh which only made her smile to hold her own in.

"I would love for a reunion of you and those Beauxbatons beauties." Draco grinned, leaning back against his pillow as Evelyn moved forward slightly to move the blanket over him again. He shoved her hands off him. She slapped his arm rather hard, him hissed from the pain.

Evelyn sat back and sighed dramatically loud. "Just tell me."

"That oaf Hagrid was teaching us about Hippogriff's and Potter had gone on some magical fucking flight on it. When he got back, I went to do the same. If special old Potter can do it, anyone can. Even Weasley." Evelyn bit back a comment as he continued to speak. "The damn chicken rose into the air and hit me right on the arm. I swear I saw my life flash before my eyes. You get uglier."

"As if. Draco, did you bow to it?" Draco looked away. "Did you listen to Hagrid's instructions on these proud ass animals?"

"Listen smart ass-" Draco began, trying to sit up but a small 'ahem' interrupted them. Madam Pomfrey stood with a stern expression as she held a silver platter with a small cup of water and medicine on it. Evelyn took the hint and gave a small smile.

"I'll see you later, yeah?" She asked her brother.

She leant in and kissed his forehead, brushing his hair with her hands. "Please don't." Draco whined, pushing her off. Giving another quick goodbye, she walked out of the hospital wing and immediately moved to sit down on a small bench outside the door.

Resting her elbows on her knees then burying her face in her hands. Evelyn didn't cry but just took a few shaky breaths, trying to relax herself. Merlin, she thought he was terribly hurt or something, not just kicked for being an ass.

Evelyn didn't notice Fred and George Weasley turn the corner, talking about Quidditch practice before stopping as Fred saw her, George simply stopping with him. George tugged Fred's sleeve to get his attention and they left her be.
