"You look amazing, why do you look so unsatisfied?" Yangyang called out from the bed as Xia stared at her reflection in the mirror.

She was wearing a black crop top and black jeans with a leather jacket, her white headphones around her neck. Even with Yangyang's encouragement though, she still felt nervous.

"It's because of my performance tonight, not because of my outfit." Xia said, turning towards him. "But be honest, does this make me look fat?"

Yangyang shook his head, a smirk on his face. "No, you look good but you better make it clear to everyone that you're mine."

Xia giggled as Yangyang stood up, wrapping his arms around her before giving her a kiss. She smiled, kissing him back as she placed her arms around his neck.

They broke apart as a knock sounded on the door, hearing Hendery's voice.

"It's way too quiet in there so I'm not opening the door but we should get going. Xia needs time to set up and get oriented." Hendery yelled.

Xia giggled as she ruffled Yangyang's hair, her boyfriend narrowing his eyes.

"You know that took me forever to style, right?" Yangyang told her as she grabbed her bag containing her laptop before opening the door to the bedroom.

"Good, I don't want other girls staring at you." Xia replied, giggling before exiting his room.

...

Yangyang watched as Xia got settled at the DJ booth, sitting at a table with his friends, Renjun, Winwin, Lucas, and Xiaojun. Yangyang had helped Xia introduce her friend to the others, and it seemed as though Xiaojun was fitting well with the others.

Xia seemed like she was at home as she smiled at the crowd that had gathered, waving and introducing herself. Her eyes met Yangyang's and he gave her a comforting smile mouthing the words, you're doing great.

Xia's smiled seemed to have become bigger as she put the microphone down, placing her headphones against her ears before beginning her set.

There was just something about the girl that Yangyang liked so much as he stared at her in awe. Even though she was just nodding her head to the beat, grooving to the music, he couldn't help but fall for her even more.

Yangyang was surprised when he felt someone lean close to her and realized it was Xiaojun.

"You probably already know this but Xia really really likes you." Xiaojun told her.

"Really?" Yangyang said, shifting his focus from Xia to her best friend. Xiaojun nodded.

"She's been a lot happier ever since she met you." Xiaojun said, eyes on Xia before turning to Yangyang, a scowl on his face. "Don't hurt her, I'm not her brother but I will act like one."
