Jade Thirlwall was a name known around the world.

She was 1/4 of the world's biggest girl band Little Mix so everyone obviously knew her name. Being in the public eye, everyone knew of her relationships. She had recently broken up with Jed Elliot of the band, The Struts. Since then, she had entered another relationship with one of the Little Mix dancers, Y/N Y/L/N.

Y/N was five years younger than Jade so of course people had something to say about their relationship. People accused Y/N of being a gold digger and Jade of wasting her time with someone so young. Jade hated the negativity that people gave them. She just wanted to punch everyone who said negative things about her girl.

Y/N promised that it didn't bother her and Jade believed her but Y/N couldn't keep it in all the time. After all, she was human and she was bound to explode at some point.

Jade sat in an interview with the girls backstage at the O2 bored out of her mind. She could hear the faint music from the stage as the dancers, which included her girlfriend who she should be cuddling, rehearsed. The interview went on and on before it took a bad turn.

"So, let's talk relationships. All four of you girls are in one. The fans want to know, who has the cutest relationship?" Perrie spoke for the girls. "We love seeing Jade and Y/N together. They are the cutest thing!" Jade blushed as all the girls giggled.

The interviewer however, had a look of disgust on his face. Jesy was the first one to notice. "Is there a problem?" The interviewer shrugged. "I just don't think it's appropriate for Jade to date that girl considering the age difference. It's not setting a good example for your fans." Jade's blood was boiling.

"What do you mean it's not setting a good example? The fans love Y/N just as much as I do." The interviewer kept going. "You're older than her and probably have more mature people lined up to date you. I don't really understand why you broke up with Jed. At least he's not a gold digger like your current girlfriend."

"Excuse me?" Everyone turned to see a sweaty Y/N standing in the doorway. "Did you just call me a gold digger?" The interviewer paled and nodded. "Let me explain something to you dude. I love that woman over there. And I love my job. Just because my job led me to my relationship, doesn't mean that I'm dating her to further my career. She loves me, the fans love me, her friends and family love me, so I don't really see the problem. I'm sick and tired of people coming after our relationship when they know nothing about it. So, to whoever is STILL doubting our relationship, fuck you and your mom. Thank you and goodnight."

Everyone sat shocked at the girl's outburst. Jade shot up and ran to Y/N, slamming her lips on the dancer's. The girls squealed as the interviewer grabbed his things and left. "Hell yeah! That's how it's done Y/N!" Jesy yelled. Y/N chuckled and pulled away from the Geordie. "I'm sorry I blew up like that. I've been bottling it up for a while and it just spewed out." Jade shook her head. "No, I'm glad you did that. Maybe now, people will stop giving us shit about our relationship."

Y/N smiled and kissed the girl again. "Now, I believe we have a show to prepare for." Jade giggled and pecked Y/N's lips. "I believe we do."

A week later, the interview was posted on YouTube and the fans went nuts over it, sending the girls support and love, especially Y/N. Needless to say, no one ever questioned Y/N and Jade's relationship again.
