Y/N had a bad feeling about this.

The girls' management had called them in early this morning and they had been gone for over three hours. She had been anxious since the girls had kissed her goodbye and it didn't seem to be going away. Just as it was about to get worse, her girls walked into the house, looking sad.

Y/N knew something was up so she guided them all in the living room. She sat in front of the girls and smiled sadly. "What happened?" Perrie sniffled and spoke up. "They are putting us into PR relationships because it's suspicious that we've all been "single" for a while."

All of them had decided to keep their relationship a secret because the girls know how cruel their fans can be and they didn't want to put Y/N through that. Y/N definitely understood but there was always part of her that wanted to go public.

"Oh. Okay." Leigh-Anne saw the sadness take over Y/N. "We tried to fight it babe, trust us." Y/N nodded. "When does it start?" Jesy spoke up. "As soon as possible." Y/N nodded again, staying silent once more. Jade spoke up. "Y/N, say something. Please." Y/N shook her head. "I don't know what you want me to say. I don't have power to stop this. It sucks, but oh well."

The girls looked at their girlfriend sadly before their phones rang. "We have to go baby. Please don't be mad. We love you more than anything and we are going to fix this. We promise."

Empty promises suck, in Y/N's opinion.

The girls made no effort to try to stop the PR, instead, their management just upped the ante. It had been three months. Now, they had to be PDA heavy every time they were seen in public and every time Y/N saw it on social media, it broke her just a little more.

The girls claimed that Harry, Jed, Jordan, and Luke were all friends and nothing more, but Y/N knew better. She saw how the boys looked at her girls. She knew the all of them but Jed disliked her. She knew Jed was gay so she wasn't worried about him. However, every time she would bring it up to the girls, they wouldn't believe her.

One night, the girls had gone out with their "boyfriends" for a record label party while Y/N sat alone at home. She had been watching movies all day, by herself. She had been trying to distract herself from social media and other news but the urge was getting harder and harder to fight. The girls had checked in on her via their group chat but it was only once or twice.

As she went to grab her phone, it suddenly started to blow up with notifications. The first thing she saw was a text from Jed saying that she needed to get to the club they were at ASAP. Y/N rushed to put more presentable clothes on before rushing out of the house and into her car.

She pulled up to the club where the party was being held and got out only for the girls and their "boyfriends" to come out. All four girls were drunk and all of the guys but Jed were drunk, seeing as he was literally holding Jade up. Harry spotted Y/N first. "Oh, look who it is. The party pooper. What are you doing here? This party is not for people of your type." Jordan and Luke agreed as the girls weren't really paying attention.

Y/N scoffed at them. "I'm here to take my girlfriends home. Now, if you don't mind helping them into my car." The girls finally noticed their girlfriend standing there and whined. Perrie drunkenly slurred. "But, we don't want to go home. We still want to party with the boys." Y/N looked at the girl and sighed. "No, babe. We got to get you four home so you can all rest." All of the girls shook thier heads. "No. We are staying out. Go back home Y/N. We don't need you here."

Y/N's heart splintered in half. "You don't mean that." Harry, Luke, and Jordan smirked as the girls continued. "This is what Harry was talking about. You are SO clingy. You are holding us back from our true potential." Y/N's eyes filled with tears at the harsh words leaving her girlfriends' mouths. "You never give us freedom to have fun, you're such a downer." Jed spoke up. "Girls, that's enough."

Y/N shook her head. "It's fine Jed, drunk words are sober thoughts right? You girls want your freedom so bad? You got it. We're through. Have fun with your new toys. Hope you don't break them like you broke me." Y/N got in her car and with one last glance, sped off towards her own flat and not the house she shared with the girls.

Guess it's actually over. Y/N thought.
