The night was filled with more awkward moments for her. But all in all, she had so much fun.
Nang tumila na ang kasiyahan ay naguluhan siya ng biglang magplano ang magakakaibigan ng isang night out. Something that Brad initiated.
Habang abala ang staff sa pagliligpit ng mga gamit sa party, they were huddled together discussing the plan.
Chloe's parents gave her permission, so all they needed to do was to finalize it. Gunner's special friend as he said was coming with them pero dadaanan nalang nila ito sa byahe.
When she was alone with Chloe and Michelle inside her room ay tuluyan na siyang nagpanic.
"May problema ba?"
"I.. I didn't bring anything with me."
"Naku wag ka na mag-alala. Michelle and I have you covered."
"She's right." Michelle has already changed her clothes to a simple shirt and shorts.
"You have those with you?" she talked about the clothes that Michelle was now wearing.
"Well I always bring spare clothes with me. And bikinis. I have two extras with me. They're newly bought so you don't have to return them."
"And I also have two more spare na pwede mo ring gamitin. I think you might need to do just this on a moving forward. Pag yang apat na yan ang kasama natin, there's no knowing when and where were going. They are unpredictable."
She wasn't perturbed about the clothes she needed, in all honesty. She was more worried of spending more time with Brad knowing na hindi pa sila nagkakausap.
They danced, yes. But it was filled with awkward silence. Ni hindi niya alam kung paano ito kakausapin.
Both of them didn't know how to start the conversation. Somehow ay iniligtas siya ni Benson kanina by asking if he too could dance with her.
After that dance ay pinilit na nyang huwag mapalapit dito.
"Go ahead and change your clothes Juls."
"Sa'n ba tayo pupunta?"
"Brad's family owns a private beach resort. That's where we're going."
"Mauna na ako sa inyong dalawa ha?"
Michelle excused herself from the room, along with a cute tote bag.
Nag-atubili pa siya bago pa man makapag react.
"Hey. May problema ba?"
"Ahmmm wala. I'm just a little overwhelmed I guess."
"It's okay Juls. They're good people. You'll fit in just fine. Tsaka minsan lang naman to nangyayari. So please.. do it for me."
She knew she could never say no to her.
"Fine. I'll do it. Just because it's your birthday."
"Yey!!"
As soon as they were ready, mabilis na silang nagsilabasan sa mansion nina Chloe.
She needed to say goodbye to her parents too.
Michelle was seated in the front inside Benson's car. Gunner was already on the middle part of the seat and was calling dibs on the other part of the seat for his guest.
Benson brought his 6-seater Nissan Terra for some reason. Zac and Chloe were riding together. She and Brad had to sit at the back part of the car.
No matter how uncomfortable she felt, wala rin siyang choice.
