Final Goodbyes

♡Hinata POV♡

I don't know who my friends are anymore. Since when were they so entitled? I walked with Kiba, Sakura, Ino, Sasuke, Shikamaru, and Neji. We were going to the ramen shop to eat together.

"Hinata?" Kiba said to me.

"Yeah..?" I answered

He pulled me closer to him.

"I just wanted to thank you for being my girlfriend,"

It's not like I could choose.

"Oh, thank you Kiba..."

We made it to Ichiraku ramen to have lunch. Everyone ordered their food so I was the last one.

"I-I'll have the mi-"

"She'll have the beef ramen with extra noodles." Kiba told him.

"But I wanted...*sigh*"

Teuchi got us each our ramen quickly. I didn't feel like having ramen with them, but I was too scared to say anything. I wish I could be with Naruto...

The conversation was normal for a while. Talking about missions and such.

"I can't believe Naruto hurt you like that Sakura, what a freak!" Ino ranted.

And these conversations.. Where they just talk about how "terrible" Naruto is. Why can't I step up for him?!

"I know! Something like that looks like a forbidden jutsu, don't you think so Hinata?" Kiba asked me.

I didn't respond.

"Hey," Kiba said as he hugged me. "I know your upset, but trust me, you'll feel better in no time!"

I sighed. How could someone ever treat a person like that and still smile without a care in the world.

Eventually, we decided to leave and go to the lake.

"Um.. Kiba?" I asked

"Yeah what is it?"

"M-My parents want me to be home, so I c-can't join this time." I lied.

"Oh, ok I'll see you tomorrow!" He smiled.

I walked away but as I looked back I could see Kiba eyed me the whole way.

I ran all the way back to Ichiraku Ramen and this time I ordered two miso pork ramen to go.

"Alright, I hope you enjoy it!" Teuchi said.

"T-Thank you.." I quietly stuttered.

As soon as I had my ramen I ran to Naruto's apartment. I couldn't wait but, as I knocked I wondered. Will I be able to keep my coll long enough to give him the ramen.

I couldn't stall any longer, Kiba might see me here.
