S2:1 John's time dilemma

Narrator's Pov:

John woke up in his bead at his old apartment. He got up in panic. His last memories were him in a fight, he was still on edge a bit.

John scratched his head in confusion. He checked his watch and it was Monday. John could've sworn they planned the attack on Friday. Did he get knocked out? He had to speak to everyone at school.

John checked his pockets and noticed his car keys were gone. He sighed it off and began getting ready for school. He didn't do his hair like he did when he started school. He preferred it messy now. John showered and quickly ate food. John patted himself down, checking he was fully ready before school.

"What the FUCK is going on?" John said out loud earning him some stares. John made his way to school slowly, noticing little details that seemed off.

"Didn't that boba shop shut down ages ago?"

John continued thinking to himself as he made his way into school.

John's Pov:

"Hmm, I still can't fully remember what happened. I must've been knocked out. But why was I in my old apartment? Oh well, I'll just talk to Sera".

I began to notice that everyone looked a little different, most students looked too young but I'm sure that they are in our year. And to top it off, I don't recognize most these students. They look like seniors?

I made my way to class and found all of my former classmates. There was immediately a few whispers between them? I started getting De'ja Vu.

"Oh thats right! Everyone this is our new student. Please introduce yourself."

"What?" I immediately responed back to the teacher. What's going on? That quirk must've done something so I'll just go along with it for now.

"How is anyone gonna know anything about you if you don't introduce yourself?" The teacher replied, confused.

"They know who I am though" John thought to himself. "Whatever".

"Hey everyone, I'm John." I said in a sad tone. They really have forgotten me huh...

I got a wave from Remi which was nice. Sera had her old long hair back and wasn't even paying attention to me. I took my seat behind her and began to think.

If she has her old hair back and everyone's forgotten me, Plus my old apartment and that boba shop are still here then I must've gone back in...time

It seemed stupid to think, I doubt anyone would believe me but I think its true. My memories were mostly back and I remember that final attack. Operation rewind I think. He must've set everything back in time.

Fuck! I began playing with my hair for reassurance. All this time I didn't realize the teacher had given us some free time since it was our first day back apparently. I really have gone back in time huh?

I lifted my head up and noticed Remi standing infront of me. I quickly got out of my chair and began to greet her. Just be normal, be normal.

"Hey John! My names Remi, It's nice to meet you!"

"Hey Remi, it's a pleasure to meet you as well, I was actually going to ask you if you could show me around since you seemed like the most approachable person in the room"

I nudged my head at Sera and Remi and I both laughed.

"Oh don't mind her, she'll warm up to you eventually, come on! I'll show you around."
