¬this is inspired by the song "without you" by the band "Selig", but i'm obsessed with lea's cover from sing my song, the epigraph are literally lyrics and the title- ¬this is an epistle novel, you only see ernestine's letters and notes ¬ernestine writes with red ink bc when u write on hearts with sharp quills they obviously bleed ¬ernestine is toxic af, she is obsessed with walburga but thinks that's love ¬ernestine doesn't know that she's toxic! she'll maybe utter doubts on herself in letters to her sister or smb else but not about her love to walburga ¬ernestine is olive hornby's sister ¬ofc she's also bullied myrtle ¬you decide if this is still in school or after it, but her obsession with walburga has started in school ¬she hates orion with a searing passion ¬she doesn't send letters to walburga only, she can also write to orion, her sister, etc ¬abraxas is fancying ernestine and she notices it ofc ¬she thinks that maybe walburga will get jelly when seeing her with abraxas, like- ¬ernestine is breaking abraxas' heart bc he isn't dumb, he notices her obsession with walburga, he deserves so much better, istg ¬walburga and orion marry ¬abraxas and ernestine marry too, have a onesided marriage and luciusssss <3
