~When is that boy never high~

It had been 2 weeks, two weeks since me and enzo kissed, Two weeks since I cried to enzo. Ever since that night neither of us spoke about it again. I noticed Enzo was a bit distant. He hardly hung out with me blaise or draco. He was always hanging out with new girls, especially Daphne Greengrass.

Merlin I hated that girl, she'd always give me dirty looks or snobby remarks for no bloody reason. I don't know how Enzo can stand to around her. I know me kissing enzo was a mistake on my end I'm almost positive this is why he's acting the way he is.

I started hanging out with Cedric recently and I never realized how much we had in common, it's pretty nice to be friends with someone who shares the same common interests. I now see why so many girls are all over him, that boy doesn't have any flaws.. he's perfect.

"What's on your mind Mikaleson" cedric speaks as I'm laying on his shoulder. "Oh nothing much" I say while closing my eyes. It was a beautiful day today the sun was out with a light breeze blowing.

Sitting in the grass reading a book was kind of mine and Cedrics thing. It took our mind off of things and although it may sound a bit boring I enjoyed are little get togethers almost every day.

I started to grow an attraction to Cedric the way he'd smile real big when he was happy. When he'd run his hands through his hair when nervous or flustered. I didn't want to rush anything in with us which seemed like he didn't either.

But than there was Enzo, I never really knew what I felt towards Enzo. There was some feelings there but it never felt like how I was with Cedric.

After Cedric and I hung out I decided to go straight to the Library Thinking about eveything started to overwhelm me. I grabbed a book and took a seat and began to read. I looked up and seen Enzo sitting at the other table alone with a spell book in his hand.

I noticed him staring and i looked down. I seen him from the corner of my eye walking towards my direction. I started getting flustered and began shaking my leg anxiously.

"Hey darling" he takes a seat next to me. I could smell the muggle herbs right off him while his eyes were heavy and red, When is this boy never high.

"Hi" I say still looking at my book. ever since that kiss I got more shy around Enzo like I didn't know how to react. I look over at his book "having trouble with spells?" I ask.

He looked a bit embarrassed "um yeah I'm not really good" he starts running his hand through his hair.

"Well I can help you" I smile leaning over looking at his book. I seen the spell he was trying to learn

"I learned this since I was 5 years old" I  laugh teasingly.

"I'll figure it out myself then" he playfully rolling his eyes and turning away from me.

"No I'm sorry I'll help you" i smile.

"just give me one second" I turn back to my book still shaking my right leg nervously.

Enzo kept staring at my leg than back at me as he was getting fed up.

"Merlin, will you stop that" he puts his warm hand above my knee close to my thigh. I could feel his cold rings against my skin as I got goosebumps. I bit the inside of my cheek trying to keep myself from blushing.

"Sorry" I say quietly while looking down.

"do I make you nervous love?" He whispers in my ear as I could feel his smirk.

I didn't know what to respond to that, I had no words. "N- No" I stutter while I start to get flustered not making eye contact.

I grab his book trying to snap myself back to my thoughts. I clear my throat and start to explain the spell and the basics. The whole time I would explain the spell enzo would make deep eye contact, I could feel him staring in my soul.

"Can you stop that" I say while looking at the book.

"Stop what?" He grins still staring in my eyes.

I look away as he smiles "I thought I don't make you nervous" he says sarcastically.

"Besides you look cute when you're all flustered" he smirks. At that point I was already as red as a strawberry.

He laid his head on my shoulder, "you smell nice" he says as he dozed off to sleep.

I read my book as I let him lay on me and after about 30 minutes I woke him up. "Hey, wake up enzo" I whisper.

He flutters his eyes open "we're still here?" He stretches.

"I didn't want to wake you, but I should get going" I tell him as I grab my bags.

"see you tomorrow Berkshire" I say avoiding eye contact at all costs while I headed to the dormitories.

I laid on my bed as many thoughts came to mind both about Cedric and Enzo.
