Dumbledore surveyed everyone at the table. A few were missing from the raid at the Death Eaters house. He noticed Remus Lupin sit farther away from his friends than usual. He was less pale than before. He also had a different air around him. He seemed more confident, more open, more free.
Dumbledore shook himself out of his thoughts. He then addressed the room. "The raid at the Death Eaters house was a success. We were able to distract them so that they were not able to attack Diagon Alley." Dumbledore watched Lupin take in the information. Dumbledore was disappointed by his reaction. Nothing. Not even a slight bit of shock.

"Remus!" Sirius shouted from across the room.
Remus resisted the urge to groan. He didn't want to talk to Sirius right now. He just wanted to go back to the den and maybe talk with Fenrir for a bit, or try and help Vishaka with the moonstone.
Despite Fenrir's annoyance whenever Vishaka talked about the moonstone, Remus couldn't help but wonder if the moonstone could actually be real. If it was then maybe being a werewolf wouldn't be half bad.
"Remus come over here." James yelled.
"Hey guys," Remus said. "What happened."
"Oh Moony." Remus had to bite the inside of his cheek to stop himself from yelling at Sirius when he used that nickname. "We were just wondering if you wanted to get a drink with us. It's been a while since we all hung out. Sure it won't be the same without Wormtail, but he would have want us to get together."
Remus inwardly smirked. He was pretty sure Peter did not want Remus to be with the rest of the Marauders.
"Why not? I'll come." Remus decided to go because it might seem suspicious if he decided not to go. After all, Remus used to always say yes to an opportunity to hang out with James and Sirius. Now that he looks back, it was pathetic.

"Hello boys." Tonks said as she slid into the seat next to Remus.
"Hey Tonks." Sirius said cheerfully. "Remus, you remember Tonks. Tonks you met Remus. James and I are going to get more drinks." Sirius dragged James away from his seat and towards the bar.
"So," Tonks started, shifting closer. "Tell me about yourself."
Remus looked at her and shifted away from her. "My name is Remus and I'm a 21 year old werewolf."
Tonks shifted closer to him again. "Werewolf, huh. I never met a cute werewolf, before."
"I highly doubt you ever met a werewolf other than me."
"That's besides the point. I'm saying that you're cute. I would love to get together sometime."
"And I would love if you stop trying to sit on me." Remus said while pushing away from Tonks for the fifth time.
"Oh come on. I know you want me." Tonks said putting her hand on Remus's arm.
Remus glared at her. "If you think that I am doing this because I want you, then your fucking idiot."
"Everyone wants me."
"Well I'm not exactly human now, am I?"
Before Tonks could reply, Remus go up and stormed out of the bar.
Merlin, that girl is annoying.
