Kiyotaka felt nervous. He was preparing to confess something to his best friend and wasn't entirely sure if it would be taken well. I mean, what he was about to confess he found rather embarrassing and could quite easily change their friendship. But nonetheless he continued on and went to confront his best friend. However, it wasn't what he hoped.
They were pretty much with the rest of class.
Typical.
He'd been left out again.
He only noticed that there were two other people missing as they weren't the most social of people either.
He made his way to who he wanted to reach however.
"Hey Hina! Do you reckon I can talk to you in private quickly please?" Kiyotaka asked, calling for her.
She turned her attention to Kiyotaka and nodded while having a smile on her face.
However, Aoi noticed how embarrassed Kiyotaka looked and started to suspect there was something odd he was going to tell her.
"S-so Hina," Kiyotaka started, stuttering slightly.
He sighed before continuing.
"Aoi, I really like you so I do hope what I'm about to say will not ruin our friendship nor change the way you see me," Kiyotaka said sadly.
Aoi's suspicions were confirmed.
"Taka, before you go on I think I know what you're aboutta talk about," Aoi said rubbing her arm nervously.
"You do?!" Kiyotaka asked, shocked.
Aoi nodded.
"Look, Taka I really like you and I think we're really good friends but..." She trailed off.
"What?" Kiyotaka asked, confused.
"I don't like you that way, I don't even swing that way," Aoi sighed.
Kiyotaka raised an eyebrow confused.
"I don't follow?" Kiyotaka questioned.
"I'm kinda lesbian," Aoi said.
It took a minute for Kiyotaka realise.
But when he did.
"Oh no! You got the wrong idea completely!" Kiyotaka said laughing slightly.
"I... did?" Aoi said confused.
"Yes! I was actually going to tell you I'm gay," Kiyotaka said with a small smile.
"Wait... so we're both?" Aoi said while grinning.
"By the looks of it yes!" Kiyotaka exclaimed excitedly.
"So we can be there to support each other!" Aoi continued on.
"Yes! We can be there for each other no matter what!" Kiyotaka confirmed.
Aoi then gasped.
"If you don't wanna tell me you don't have to but... is there any boy you like!?" Aoi asked curious.
Kiyotaka turned bright red.
"That's a yes! Who?!" Aoi asked her eyes lighting up.
"Not telling you... unless you tell me if you're crushing on any girl~" Kiyotaka said teasingly.
"Huh?! F-fine," Aoi said now blushing herself.
"I guess it's safe to say I have a crush on Sakura," Aoi mumbled out embarrassed.
"Well in that case I'll be honest! I'm kinda crushing on Mondo," Kiyotaka said, rubbing the back of his neck.
"I knew it!" Aoi exclaimed.
"I had a hunch before you came out but, my suspicions were correct!" Aoi exclaimed.
"I thought you and Sakura were already together?" Kiyotaka asked.
"Are we that close?!" Aoi asked, turning red again.
"Well I could say the same for you and Mondo!" Aoi said defensively.
"Oh I know! I'm well aware of the suspicion but Mondo? He has no idea," Kiyotaka said, shrugging.
"That's sad... hey! Why don't we help each other! You help me get with Sakura and I help you get with Mondo!" Aoi excitedly suggested the idea.
Kiyotakas eyes light up.
"It's perfect!"
And so, they helped each other and Mondo agreed to date Taka and Sakura was very happy to date Aoi.
And because of the friendship between Aoi and Taka, they sometimes even proposed the idea of double dates.
I'm sorry that it's not exactly IshiMondo but... I thought it was a cute idea I couldn't not share with the world!
