Nervousness (Fluff)

Mondo was honestly really scared. He'd had a crush on Kiyotaka for a few months now. He tried to mask his nervousness around him to some extent but it was still rather obvious that he was stuttering and blushing around him as well as raising his voice a lot. Kiyotaka noticed something was up but never mentioned anything to him. He had no idea how to handle it until Chihiro had suggested an idea on how to ask him out, and that's why he was so scared. He had seen Kiyotaka at lunch so had started to put the plan into action. "Hey Taka!" Mondo said rather loudly, catching Kiyotaka's attention. "Hi kyodai," Kiyotaka said cheerfully. "I was wondering if ya wanted ta have lunch together today, just us?" Mondo suggested, still shouting slightly. Kiyotaka wasn't startled at all by all the building up and Mondo getting louder. He was used to it by now so pretty much ignored it. "Sure, why not," Kiyotaka said with a smile. Mondo gave a wide grin and the pair sat down to eat. As they were both eating, Mondo finally considered actually telling Kioytaka how he felt. He felt himself turn bright red as he said, "Erm Taka?" Kiyotaka looked up to face him, curious to know what Mondo was going to continue on and say. "Taka... erm.. fuck... Kiyotaka I'm in love with ya and want ya to be my boyfriend!" He shouted so loudly that everyone went silent, causing them to be on edge to find out what Kiyotaka had to say who was this time rather taken aback by the loud tone. He just sighed sadly, which made Mondo more nervous than he had been. "Mondo I..." He started. "Why did it have to be you! I wanted to be the one who asked you out!" Kiyotaka said, now getting nervous himself and burying his face into his arms. "Is that a yes then?" Mondo asked happily now his face turning completely red. Kiyotaka nodded in his arms. "Of course it is," Kiyotaka said looking up and having a sheepish grin on his face. Mondo felt himself grin then leaned forwards to hug Kiyotaka who hugged him back. Everyone around them just shrugged as they all somehow knew this would happen sooner or later. They both pulled back to find their faces extremely close to each other. They slowly started to lean in before silently agreeing it was too early to be kissing just yet. For the rest of the day, they just became blushing flustered messes around each other. Even in that short amount of time everyone became annoyed with them. "Neither of you can be in a functioning relationship if all ya both do is blush around each other," Leon said, eventually getting annoyed at the pair. "Well, we've only just established this relationship so it's going to be very odd for us," Kiyotaka said, putting an arm around Mondo. "Yeah, we've only been together a couple hours," Mondo said, wrapping an arm around Kiyotakas shoulders. They both realized this and yet again turned bright red. "If neither of you stop this I wil lock you in a fucking cupboard until you can fuction around each other," Leon said, still seemingly pissed. Eventually they got to the dorms where both Chihro and Leon agreed they needed to sort out how they were acting so both ended up in Kiyotakas dorm room. They both just awkwardly sat on his bed as neither had been in a relationship before so actually had not a single clue what happens in one. "Maybe we should just kiss," Mondo blurted out. "What?!" Kiyotaka exclaimed. "Well, maybe if we just kiss it will break the tension or something, and if it feels too awkward or early then we'll stop?" Mondo suggested. "O-okay," Kiyotaka stuttered. They both turned to face each other even though neither had no idea what they were doing. They both awkwardly put their hands on each other's faces. They started to lean forward into the kiss. It felt awkward definitely, but not wrong like it was too early. Eventually their lips met and they both immediately melted into it. Kiyotaka let his arms drop slightly to around Mondo's neck and Mondo moved his hands from Kiyotakas face to his waist. They were like that for a few minutes before they pulled away. They stayed silent for a few minutes, trying to comprehend what had just happened. Once they had wrapped their heads around it they both smiled. "You know, I think you were right Mondo, this definitely doesn't feel as awkward," Kiyotaka said, facing Mondo who nodded in agreement. Kiyotaka leant forward and rested his head on Mondo's chest. Mondo smiled and wrapped one arm around Taka and decided to lay down on the bed. He awkwardly started running his other hand through Kiyotakas hair, but he didn't mind and snuggled up further in Mondo's chest and wrapped his arms around him. They stayed hugged together for about an hour but Kiyotaka made the observation that they were still in their school uniform so had them change. Once they had, they decided that they would watch a movie in Mondos room where they eventually ended up falling asleep in each others arms.
