Everyone was extremely unsure if Mondo's relationship with Taka was genuine or not. A lot of people knew that Taka wasn't exactly gullible, but if someone offered him a friendship he'd take it. And then that chance would escalate even more if he got to be the boyfriend of someone. So everyone immediately assumed that the reason why Mondo became friends with him, followed by dating him, was so he'd get less harsh punishments and detentions and things like that. So everyone one day confronted him with a rather... odd question.
"Mondo!" Leon exclaimed, catching Mondo off guard.
"Yeah Leon?" Mondo asked.
"This may seem like an weird question but would you ever cheat on anyone?" Leon asked, getting straight to the point.
"What? What the fuck no I wouldn'! That's so wrong on so many fuckin levels!" Mondo shouted annoyed.
"So not even on Ishimaru?" Leon asked unconvinced.
"Fuck no! I wouldn' fuckin cheat on him!" Mondo said, rolling his eyes.
He then paused for a second.
"However..." Mondo started.
It was finally the moment everyone was waiting for.
"If I was in a relationship with someone, and Taka came up to me askin' for anythin' romantic or even sexual, let's just say 'no' wouldn't be a word I'd know," Mondo said, smiling just thinking about his boyfriend.
"Wait, so you'd cheat on someone else... with Taka?" Leon asked, shocked.
"Well yeah? But like no? Cause I ain't in a relationship with anyone other than Taka and if I was Taka wouldn' do that, but if the opportunity happened no matter my relationship with who I'd take it," Mondo shrugged.
Everyone was surprised.
"Huh, we genuinely thought you didn't love Ishimaru, I only thought that it was so you'd get less detentions and shit," Leon said sighing.
Mondo started laughing.
"Please, if that was the case I'd 'ave broke up with him already. I get worse punishments cause I'm his boyfriend as he feels the need to push me more and 'I shouldn't get a soft treatment' so he's worse with me," Mondo said still laughing.
Mondos face then lit up.
"Speak of the devil there he is!" Mondo exclaimed, getting up to go to his boyfriend, and when they were together they embraced in a hug.
"My best friend is in love with a fucking hall monitor... my illegal gang leader best friend is in love with someone who has never broken a rule... what the fuck?!"
