It continued sliding its slimy tongue over my mask before finally retracting its disgusting form into its mouth. It let out a satisfied sigh as it did so and then slowly slid his hands from my face down to my shoulders. It gripped tightly, signaling that I wasn't going to be able to escape easily.

"I've finally...finally found you." It said. Its voice was horribly slick and evil. It was a perfect pitch to send chills throughout my entire body.

"Ennard. You're the failed prodigy of the Sister Location, correct?" It asked. I was still too frozen with fear. How on earth did it know who I was? I've never met this thing in my life.

No...I did. I did meet it. Back when it was hunting for me in the snow...in my dream...it was there. This was that thing. And I remembered the animatronics' remarks of him. I remembered his name.

"Nightmarionne..." I uttered softly. The lanky animatronic's grin went wider than I thought was possible.

"You know me? That's good- it'll save us a lot of time." He said. He sighed again and rubbed the side of my face with his finger.

"You remind me so much of my own creations...which remind me of...well, me. I can tell you have a lot of hidden potential..." He whispered. Every time he opened his mouth and spoke, it made me want to faint from the pure fear.

"I...I..." I stuttered. I still was paralyzed with terror.

"I know. I know, I'm not exactly something you're used to seeing. I'm something...very, very powerful." He gently murmured.

"You've had a hard life. Bred from the very beginning to serve, only to be cast aside...and then you find a new family, and they cast you aside as well. You had to go and risk your life and your friend's life just to prove to them. Or, at least, attempt to prove to them..." He recalled. I was still frozen.

"Ennard...listen to me. Those animatronics...all of them...I don't trust them. Neither should you. They cast aside animatronics like children not getting the prize they wanted...but I am here to make that better. I take those cast aside animatronics and make them stronger, make them feel...wanted. I make their lives so much better." He mumbled. He was so quiet, and yet, it felt like his voice was booming in my skull.

"You haven't been given the love you deserve. I promise, I'll make you better. I'll make you new. I'll even give you a portion of my power." He slyly implied. I looked down. I knew better than this. I felt like he was giving me lies and false promises, but...something deep inside me told me to take his offer. To go with him.

"Springtrap." He suddenly said. I looked back at him, his face closer than before.

"You know Springtrap, correct? I feel like you and he bonded a little." He chimed. I nodded slowly.

"He's already wanting to join me. That's why I came to find you. He recommended you to me. Said that you would be perfect for my family." He moaned close to my ear.

His hands moved slowly from my shoulders down to my back where he rubbed it in what was supposed to be a loving manner. He then slowly pulled me close to his chest and torso. He reached for my arms and wrapped them around himself, then wrapped his arms around me. This "hug" was the most uncomfortable and terrifying thing I've ever experienced.

"You're hungry...I can tell. Luckily for you, I have a delicious snack ready and waiting to be eaten. But before we do that, let me just embrace you for a little bit longer..." He whispered. I wanted to run. His embrace was comfortable now- too comfortable. It was warm and gentle and gave me a feeling of security...

He even began to hum softly. It was supposed to be a terrifying tune that would chill anyone who heard it, but for me, it was soothing and almost put me to sleep. My eyelids were growing heavy and I realized how tired, hungry and hurt I was. The Nightmarionne was still warm to the touch, a stark contrast from the bitter cold we were standing in.
