I had managed to remain silent during the entire day period, mulling over what Springtrap had said to me. What he threatened me with. It was as if all of the progress I had made to befriend him, all of the careful speaking, all of the important talks...were destroyed by his paranoia. I could hear animatronics outside asking where I was, but none of them knew. This didn't seem to concern them too badly, however, as they knew for sure that I hadn't gone outside.

"...It's hard to make new friends, isn't it?" I heard the chilling, familiar voice say next to me. I jolted and veered to my left, where the Nightmarionne's white face was inches away. I could only see his face, not his body, and his mask glowed as if a single light were on it in the pitch-dark closet. I was about to scramble to my legs and try and tell someone, but it was as if my legs were broken. They refused to move.

"Springtrap is akin to a cornered animal with a wool bag over its head right now...something...moldable for me. He doesn't know who to trust, who to fight, and who to turn to. He feels truly alone in this world, and the moment he feels like he has an inkling of the feeling of safety...I snuff it out." He hissed.

"He...he's just confused...and hurt..." I mumbled.

"Yes, yes he is. And once I break him, I'll be able to do whatever I please with him. He's going to become my very own puppet." He said, a horrid grin stretching across his face.

"Oh, but you, Ennard...I wouldn't make you face the same fate. No, no, you're far more intelligent and lovely than Springtrap is...Even with the best mentoring, he'd still be nothing more than fodder that I can use as fresh meat in the event of something willing to harm me. You, on the other hand..." He whispered, and leaned in closer, his lips nearly touching my nose.

"You're like a son to me. Family. Doesn't that sound wonderful? Someone who would love you unconditionally and help you unlock your talents and abilities...I would be so proud." He said. The Nightmarionne's words wracked at my heart and mind, but were tantalizing to the wanting side of me. He was right, in a way. The idea of a family that didn't hate me, wasn't afraid of me or never doubted me did sound amazing. But I knew better.

"No...no, you're just giving me false promises. You'd kill me if I went with you. These guys are my true family." I said. The Nightmarionne's smile didn't falter.

"I'd never hurt you." He whispered. The sentence made my core sink and a chill was sent down my spine. I could sense that he was blatantly lying, as if trying to scare me with something so innocent.

"Please...please leave me alone." I quietly begged. The entity just continued smiling at me in the dark, and slowly began to retract.

"I'll always be here when you need me." He spoke softly, and the mask retreated into the darkness. I continued staring at it, as if something were to lunge out at me.

All of a sudden, the door opened. I let out a shuddered gasp and quickly looked up at who was intruding, afraid that it was that horrifying monster.

Instead, it was Spring Bonnie. He looked confused and concerned.

"Are you alright? I heard you...talking to someone in here." He said. I looked up at him, trying to decide how to answer that. If I told him it was the Nightmarionne, it'd scare him and if Springtrap found out, he'd trust me even less.

"I guess I was sleep talking...I didn't even hear myself." I muttered. Spring Bonnie frowned at me and crouched down to look me in the eye.

"You can tell me anything, you know." He said with concern. I just smiled and nodded at him.

"Yes, thank you. Um...what did you need?" I asked. He frowned a little, but quickly hid it away with a neutral expression.

"Nightmare's going to be on his way tonight to check on how things went last night with Shadow Freddy. We're going to have him fix Springtrap and see if he'll get in on us with our plan. I'm letting you know now so that you can be prepared for when he comes." He explained. I felt a little jump of excitement from my core. Nightmare was coming here? And he might help us with our plan?
