According to the person who requested,

It's we're the band of tissue
under the tongue is closer to the tip of the tongue then we're it is nornmally, it affects how you say certain letters, for some people it affects their 'r's and it turn them into w's.
Example: when I say 'rat' it turns into 'wat'.

Heeseung:

"1 woll of ice cream please!" You said and the Cashier was confused

You stayed silent since you were so scared to make the mistake again.

"She/he said 1 roll of Ice cream, please." He giggled

"Oh I'm sorry. Here you go, Ma'am/Sir!" The cashier hands you the ice cream

"Thank you!" You said and you guys left the shop
