"You wouldn't understand." I said and wiped away a tear on my cheek

I let out a sigh as I use my feet to push myself on the swing. I look up at the stars twinkling above.

Suddenly, I hear pants behind me. I quickly turn around and it was a dog.

They started to bark and it waggled its tail. It went closer and licked my hand.

"Well, aren't you a cutie?" I said and started petting them

"Atleast you don't get to go to college. You can always stay in your house, get fed, bathe, and sleep all you want."  I laugh

I look at their collar and smiled.

"Binny. Property of B/n. If found pls call, ******" I read their name tag and looked at them

Neighbor and Batchmates since elementary. Never got to know eachother even if we're neighbors. Respectful and kind of cute.

"Hello, Binny. Well, I found you but I don't have my phone with me. C'mon, let's look for your ow-"

"BINNY! BINNY-AH!" You hear a male's voice from the bushes

"I guess that's him." I said and stood up

"Excuse me! Is this your dog?" I asked and pointed at the dog who's waggling its tail excitingly

"Wah! Binny-ah!" He said and ran towards them

"I've been looking all over for you!" He said and looked up at me

"Thank you so much! How can I repay you?" He asked

"Ah no no! It's fine." I said

"Ok anyways thanks..Y/n, right?" He asked and I nodded

"Uhm, May I ask.." he said

"Mm?"

"Were you the one crying earlier?" Ge asked and my eyes widened

"Was I that loud?" I laugh

"No, just asking..." He laughed awkwardly

We stood there, not knowing what to do, we switch glances..then..

"Do you wanna go for a walk?" He asked out of nowhere

I look back at him and was a bit skeptical.

I'd be more stressed when I get back home, maybe a walk wouldn't hurt.

"Why would I trust a stranger to walk with them?" I laugh

"Stranger? I think we've been schoolmates since elementary. Am I wrong?" He asked

We both share a laugh, I look behind me and back at him.

"Where?" I said

"It was during Valentine's day, you asked out Ko Tae Hyuk and-"

"OH NO! You knew??"

"Everyone did." He laughed

"Now, I'm embarrassed." I said

"Can't believe he rejected you just because you had braces." He laughed

"I mean, I would've done the same if I was him." I said and he stops

"Don't say stuff like that." He said and went back to walking

"Anyways, with or without. You're still pretty." He said and I laugh

"Yeah, you're funny." I said and walked faster

"Yah! Wait!" He said

We sat on the ground and looked down at the city view.

"Wahh~ would you look at that." He said

"It's pretty." I said

"Are you ready?" I asked randomly

"For what?" He was confused

"For the future?" I asked again

"Hmm..well, I'm not prepared. But I am excited,"

"Why? you're not scared of college? Adult life?" I asked

"I am. I absolutely have nothing planned out and don't know what the future holds for me. But we don't need to move on that fast." He said

"All these years of thinking about your future, the best colleges, but you're not really enjoying the present. You've wasted your time just to prepare for your future." He added

"But I need to prepare so that everything would go according to plan. Their plan." I said as I mumble the last two words

"Some advice, Live your life before it's too late. The future can wait. You still have a lot of time to think about your future, but don't let it consume you that would take your time away from spending it with your love ones." He said and I nodded

"Don't you feel pressured from your parents?"

"They've never asked what I wanted for my future. They said it's my decision to begin with, not theirs." He said

"Lucky." I roll my eyes

"How about this? I hear yelling can be helpful to relieve stress. I've done this a few times and it actually works." He said

"Yell? Here?"

"Nobody's around. I won't tell anyone." He said

"I- I can't." I said

"Hmm..should I go first?" He asked

"If you want to.." I laugh

"I HATE THIS. THIS STUPID LIFE WHERE PEOPLE WOULD CONTROL YOU LIKE YOUR SOME KIND OF OBJECT. JUST LEAVE THEM ALONE!" He yells out loud

He looks at me and gives a light push on my back for encouragement.

I take a deep breath and closed my eyes,

"I CAN'T JUST LIVE UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS! I'M NOT SOMEONE THAT YOU CAN CONTROL. I AM A HUMAN FOR GOD'S SAKE!" I yell and he started clapping

"Good! Like that!" He said

"STOP HIDING AND BE YOURSELF! WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR ME TO EVEN LOOK AT YOU?" He yelled again and here I am not knowing who he was talking about

"JUST LET ME BE FOR ONCE!? LET ME  HAVE TIME FOR MYSELF FOR A MOMENT!!" I yell again

"I LIKE YOU, OKAY? I'VE LIKED YOU FOR SO LONG NOW, PLEASE JUST NOTICE ME. STOP DRAGGING YOURSELF FROM YOUR PARENTS. YOU'RE PRETTY AND AMAZING. WE'VE BEEN NEIGHBORS FOR SO LONG YET ONLY THIS DAY WE GET TO KNOW MORE ABOUT EACHOTHE-" He said and stopped

It took me few seconds to process everything and my mouth dropped down to the ground

"Uhh.."

"Is it true?" I asked and he slowly nodded

"I'm so sorry for yelling that out of nowhere, I wasn't thinking at al-" I pull him for a kiss and his eyes widened

"So, is this what happens when you live your life?" I joke

"Is it okay to kiss a stranger?" He asked

"Same here, why would you accept a kiss from a stranger?" I asked

"I would, cause that stranger was you." He said and pulled me into a hug

"I'm here for you, Y/n. No matter what!" He said

Some kind of "Love is an open door" thing HAHAHAHAHA

It's kind of sweet then weird to kiss someone you've barely known. But yeh, it's fictional.
