The sun rose, signalling the dawn of a new day, a day in which would mark an extremely significant part of George's life. His short limbs wrapped in Dreams muscular body as they lay asleep, the morning light illuminating their calm faces. George's body stirred to life as colourful images filled his unconscious mind.

He was standing on a field. A field he recognised. Dream stood infront of him, kneeling down with his fingers grasping a glittering diamond ring.
The small amount of time that these memories happened replayed in his head, over and over. And suddenly his vision seemed to flash forwards in time, revealing the outcome of what had happened in the field. The words that Dream had taped onto George's eyes. The words that kept him alive bringing him the hope that held onto for fear of losing himself.

You deserve a real wedding

It was today. In a few minutes George would wake to the sweet scent of Dreams body, their fingers entwined from their small late night conversation. A buzz of excitement would fill the air as George kissed Dream goodbye before he left to get into his tuxedo.

George felt his nerves spring into life as soon as his brain processed that he was awake. He stretched his arms above his head and rolled out of Dreams gentle fingers. His head lay peacefully asleep, inches away from where George once lay. A smile stretched upon his cheeks as he stared hazily at his soon to be husband. Dreams perfect skin glowed in the early morning light, he resisted the urge to wake the beauty that spread in front of him, but the moment vanished and he run his fingers through Dreams hair.

"Dreammm, it's time to get up" he said quietly as Dream rolled over and rubbed his eyes open. His big green irises that George had never truely seen because of the fact he was colourblind. But the colour didn't matter to him. He could read Dreams eyes like they were his, and he saw the same affection that reflected from himself.

"Morning Georgie" Dream mumbled and smiled as George blushed.

"It's today" said George, and tilted his head playfully at Dream.

"Yup, how are you feeling?" Dream said and lay his arms behind his head. George sighed and felt a shiver run down his spine. He was obviously nervous but that didn't hide the fact he was also extremely excited to be with Dream forever.

"I don't know" George murmured as a mixture of emotions churned in his stomach creating an unfamiliar sense. "There's gonna be a lot of people, and... it's just reminding me of..." George stopped before he finished the sentence that threatened to break him down, creating memories of the previous wedding he had experienced. Dream sat up so that he was facing George and rested his hand on George's cheek. It was warm and sent a strange sort of calm in his body.

"Hey we can always change the date if you're not ready. But I promise that what you had to go through will never happen again" he smiled a small crooked smile at George and dropped his arm.

"No I'm fine, I've learnt to stop myself whenever the thoughts come back. I'm ready Dream" he said seriously and watched as Dream stood up.

"I'm going to go get ready now, we won't see each other until I walk down the aisle, you'll be alright, text me if you need anything" he said and closed the door behind him as he left George sitting cross legged on the bed. George let a small sigh escape his lips as he pushed himself out of bed, staring down at his short pale body. It still amazed him, that out of everyone, and even Fundy, Dream had fallen for George. And somehow George felt the same way. It was a miracle.

George opened his wardrobe to reveal a smooth brand new and quite expensive looking tuxedo that his parents had brought him from London. He ran his hand over the fine material and examined the beauty of it. The perfectly ironed black cloth that would soon embrace him.
George carefully took the tuxedo from its clothing hanger and lay it on his bed. A small worry flipped his stomach as he saw the tie. Something that he still hadn't learnt.
A small breath and trembling hands held him together as he slipped into his new outfit and stared in the mirror, the black tie hanging from his wrist.
