~y/n's pov~

I woke up to the hotel room door opening, and Charli walking in with two breakfast plates in her hands.

"Sorry y/n, I didn't mean to wake you. I got us breakfast from the lobby if you're hungry." I sat up and smiled at Charli for her kind offering. She sat next to me and handed me a plate with bacon, eggs, and a biscuit. I turned on the tv and we started eating our food.

"What time is it?" I asked her. She looked at her phone then looked back up at me. "It's eight forty five. Avani texted me and said that we need to be down at the lobby around ten o'clock to check out."

"Oh okay."

Once we were both finished eating, we grabbed an outfit from our suitcases and headed towards the bathroom. It wasn't awkward showering at the same time, we have been doing it all weekend. I never said anything to her while we were doing it because I don't want to make her uncomfortable in any way.

I got out of the shower and Charli was still in hers. I got dressed into some sweatpants and a t-shirt, then started doing my makeup and hair.

Charli got out and quickly put on her close, facing away from me. Her innocence made me wanna laugh all the time.

She came to the mirror next to me and started getting ready.

"I had a lot of fun this weekend, y/n." She said while brushing her hair.

"Me too." I replied. She seemed a little upset by the tone in her voice when she got out of the shower. "What's on our mind Charli? You seem upset."

"Its not that I am upset, I am just nervous to go back home. Because of Chase. We live in the same house, its going to be awkward. "

"You wanna know what's so good about living in a huge mansion?" I asked her while slightly laughing.

"What?" She asked, looking at me with a makeup brush in her hand.

"It's so easy to avoid people." We both laughed and finished getting ready.

I wasn't too upset that we were leaving Disney because I still had the whole summer to hang out with Charli. One weekend is nothing.

At ten o'clock, Charli and I double checked the room to make sure we have everything and didn't leave behind a mess. We got our suitcase, then headed to the elevator. As we were going down I looked at Charli who was looking at the buttons on the side.

"If things are awkward, it's because he is making it awkward. He could chose to stay mad, or drop it and things could be cool between Yall. Just don't overthink it okay?" If it were up to me, Chase would be moving out today. I don't like him and I don't like how he treated Charli at all. She doesn't deserve it. Charli deserves someone that will love her, protect her, and care about her. Chase is not that someone.

"Okay." She was still looking at those buttons when she said it. I put my hand on her chin and she looked up at me. Her eyes were moving from my eyes to my lips a couple of times. I smirked at her and kissed her. we pulled away from the kiss and the elevator doors opened like nothing just happened. She looked at me and smiled, then we headed towards the counter.

I handed the lady up front our keys to the room, then we stood close to the doors waiting for everyone else to arrive.

They slowly started arriving to the lobby and gave both me and Charli big hugs and 'good mornings'. When Chase showed up I looked at Charli who was looking at the floor, obviously knowing that he is there. He walked to Tony and Avani, staring at Charli. I wanted to hit him so bad. I wanted him to feel the pain that he put Charli through last night. I never want to see her cry again.

Dixie walked up to us and Charli and I said good morning.

She smirked at us and threw her hair up into a bun. "Did you guys have fun this weekend?" She asked us, emphasizing the fun. She has been so weird around us and I don't know why. I don't think Charli knew either.

"Yeah we did actually." Charli said, looking up at Dixie.

Dixie smiled and said, " Oh I bet you guys did..." Then she walked away towards Addison and Mads.

"Ubers are here!" Avani exclaimed, louder than she needed to be.

We all walked outside and got into a car. I expected Dixie to come sit with us, but she didn't. Next thing you know, we are driving out of the parking lot.

I looked out the window at all the trees passing by. I felt Charli rest her head on my shoulder. I looked at her, smiling. Her eyes were closed so I assumed she was trying to go to sleep. I put my head on hers, and drifted off into sleep.
