"You what?" Charli asked as she sprang up from the bed, eyes big with excitement. With a tad of confusion.
"I want you to move in with me. I love you, Charli. You are my home. Live with me." I sat up and held her hands I mine. She looked at me with the biggest smile on her face.
"You want me to live with you? With you and Lucas?" I laugh at the fact that she's doubting how much I actually love her.
"Yes, Charli. Lucas really likes you. And again, I love you, Charli. I felt like I was drowning until I met you. You brought me to shore. I love you. You are my person. Forever and always." Charli cupped my cheeks and smiled wide. She leaned in and kissed me.
"I love you so much, y/n."
"So is that a yes?" Charli giggled and kissed me once more.
"Of course." I embraced her in the biggest hug I've ever given. We stayed like this for a while.
Some people might say we're too young to know love. Some people might say it's moving too fast. But once you know, you know. And with Charli, I know. She was the light that I needed. I can't imagine life without her. I don't care how long I've known her, but all that does matter is that she's here. And she's mine. She makes me the happiest person ever. My heart beats for Charli. I love her. She's my person. Forever and always.
