The little group of monsters sat at a circular table in the shops kitchen. A few boxes of old junk sitting by the wall next to a counter. Probably some stuff that Gerson was selling.

In one of the boxes a old wore down notebook and a set of glasses could be seen. Resting on top of one of the boxes. The monsters had been lead into a room behind a set of blue blankets, that hung above the door, acting like a door.

Gerson pulled the blankets aside and placed another box of stuff down. Resting atop of the box is a tray with a teapot. He then picked the tray up and faced the table.

"I'll help with all those boxes later." Undyne grinned as she placed a hand on her arm and flexed her arm. Showing off her muscles.

"Why thank you Undyne." The old turtle smiled as he walked over to the oak table that everyone was sitting at.

Gabriel smiled as he looked up at Gerson. The feline happily making a hum put mix like sound. Lost in his own little world.

Gothic's head was on the table. Resting on a few random books. Looking up at the kids that sat around the table.

The twins sat beside one another. With Papyrus sitting on Dream's left while on Nightmare's right Sans' sat. To Sans' right Undyne was sitting there.

She was excited to not only hear a few stories but to also help her adoptive guardian with getting his shop set up again. Since, she always would help him during her free time.

Nightmare looked at the boxes of random items. There were many items that range from old looking armor to other random items that he couldn't identity because of the angle he was looking at it from.

"How about we tell you of some of our battlez back during the war?" Gothic smiled. Looking up at Gerson as he placed a plate if cookies down in the middle of the table, with the crab apples, a few donuts, and the tea pot.

"We have plenty ta tell after all. Kehkehkehkrh." Gothic happily laughed and used his magic to pour himself some tea.

"YEAH!" Papyrus happily cheered and clapped his hands in excitement. Wanting to hear some stories from the two war vets. Sans chuckled a little and rested his elbow on the table. Head in his hand.

"Well then. How about I tell you the story of the battle that took Gothic's body from him?" Gerson suggested as he took a seat. Taking the tea pot from Gothic's magic to get himself some tea.

"Yeah! I wanna know that story! Especially since you two are always joking about using your hammer of judgement to break some bones. I wanna know the story behind that!" The fish monster happily grinned as she took one of the crab apple and took a bite.

"Aah yez. I remember back on thoze dayz. When I uz ta be 5 feet tall. And bazically wore my armor everywhere... hard ta forget that day too. Kehehehehehehe. It happened only a few monthz before th war came ta a end." The skull spoke as he looked at the children that sat before him.

"I never knew what happened. I never asked cause I thought it was too personal." Gabriel nervously chuckled as he tapped his claws on the wooden table. Making soft tapping sounds as the eyes on Boss screen shifted side to side out of her nervousness.

Nightmare tilted his head slightly. Confused about a small fact. "What do hammers have to do with anything?" He looked at both Gothic and Gerson.
